Study On Construction Of Evaluation Index System For Chinese Football Association Women’s Youth Football Training Center

In order to achieve the mid-term goal of the "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football" and to make the women’s football team back to the world’s first-class strong teams again,the Chinese Football Association has vigorously developed the women’s youth training cause.The youth training system for the Chinese women’s football team has been initially established for 14 Women’s Football Youth Training Centers set over 3 areas,and the selection and training of outstanding young women’s football players has been undertaken.While increasing support for youth training centers in terms of policies,funding,coaching and other aspects,the Football Association has also increased the supervision of the work of Women’s Football Youth Training Centers,implemented evaluation and admission mechanisms for youth training centers,and strengthened the supervision and feedback for the work of the youth training centers.In order to standardize assessment and access standards,to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources and promote the sustainable development of China’s women’s football sports,a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system needs to be established.But research on evaluation indicators of women’s youth training center is still blank.This paper studies the literature on women’s football youth training related to the women’s football youth training system,domestic and foreign youth training system evaluation,and the construction of sports evaluation indicators.It uses the literature method,expert interview method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,and mathematical statistics method,build a scientific,fair,and quantifiable evaluation index system that is suitable for the reform and development of football in China and conforms to the rules of youth football development and the growth of athletes,under the background of the development of women’s football in the new era.The rating evaluation index system of the Women’s Football Youth Training Center constructed in this article not only reflects the current requirements of the Women’s Football Youth Training Center,but also adds forward-looking factors.It is the future development direction of the Women’s Football Youth Training Center and plays as a guiding role of the development of the Women’s Football Youth Training Center.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.This article studies the existing problems of youth training for women’s football and the current research on youth training evaluation.With reference to the management methods of the Chinese Football Association Women’s Football Youth Training Center,the concept of the center and evaluation indicators are further defined,and formed a Women’s Football Youth Training Center rating evaluation index system.Set up six index indicators including organization and management,material selection and evaluation,training and competition,education and living,service and security,and work performance,including 17 second-level indicators and53 third-level indicators.2.Based on scientific,systematic,operable,qualitative and quantitative combination,forward-looking and other principles as benchmarks,and using Delphi method for index screening,centering on the core of the training of young female football elite players,this article established a rating evaluation index system of Women’s Football Youth Training Center.3.The AHP method was used to assign comprehensive weights to the indicators set,and finally a more scientific Chinese Football Association Women’s Football Youth Training Center rating evaluation index was designed.4.According to the current situation of the development of the Women’s football Youth Training Center,the evaluation value is set up,the evaluation method is defined,and the content of the index is explained in detail to make it more instructive and concrete,and the evaluation method of the Women’s football Youth Training Center is Operability.Establishing the rating evaluation index system for the Women’s Football Youth Training Center is an important measure for the Football Association to set up a framework of work goals for the youth training centers to guide and improve work and strengthen process management and goal management.This indicator system is based on the evaluation indicators of mature youth training centers and AFC elite youth scheme,and analyzes the actual setting of 14 Women’s Football Youth Training Centers.At present,the Women’s Football Youth Training Centers are distributed in different regions,have different degrees of development,have different advantages and characteristics,and need to combine their different Characteristics and conduct focused evaluation.This indicator system is developmental and forward-looking.During the specific evaluation process,it needs to be operated according to actual conditions,used flexibly,and tested and improved in practice.
