In December 2014,the General Office of the Ministry of Education launched the selection of campus football characteristic schools.With the continuous deepening of the selection layout,the number of campus football characteristic schools has increased day by day,reaching more than 30,000 so far.In September 2020,the Ministry of Education and other 7 departments jointly issued the Action Plan for the Construction of Eight Major Systems of Campus Football,which clarified the important role of campus football in promoting the in-depth development of the integration of sports and education,and proposed the establishment of a sound campus football teaching system.Therefore,it is particularly important to scientifically evaluate the quality of football classroom teaching in schools with campus football characteristics and to clarify the crux of current high-quality football teaching.From the perspective of teaching culture,this research uses literature data method,field survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct a football classroom teaching culture evaluation index system in schools with characteristics of campus football.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through reviewing literature and related policy documents,42 campus football characteristic school football classroom teaching culture evaluation indicators were initially drafted,and the indicators were screened through two rounds of expert questionnaires,and they were established to cover "teacher teaching culture" and"students" There are 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators including "learning culture.and "teaching environment culture".(2)Through calculation,the weight coefficient of each indicator relative to the upper-level indicator is obtained,and then the composite weight coefficient of each indicator in the evaluation indicator system is calculated.The calculation results show that the weights of the first-level indicators "teacher teaching culture","student learning culture" and "teaching environment culture" are 0.3967,0.3645 and 0.2388 respectively;the second-level indicators "teaching value orientation" are the most important,with a weight of 0.2755;Among the three-level indicators,"emphasis on the all-round development of students" has the largest weight,as high as 0.0845,which coincides with the concept of "promoting the all-round development of students" emphasized in many policy documents.(3)Established the evaluation standards for the football classroom teaching culture of campus football characteristic schools,established corresponding evaluation points for each three-level index,and set up different types of scoring standards and evaluation methods according to the needs,and set up the football classroom from the practical level.The evaluation of teaching culture creates conditions.
