Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has put forward a more detailed plan to revitalize football as an important task of developing national sports and building China into a sports power,and has promoted the implementation and development of campus football to the national strategic level.Football is called the largest sport in the world because of its fierce antagonism,flexible tactics,strong appreciation and large number of participants.The good development of campus football in China not only improves the basic level of football in China,but also educates Chinese primary and secondary school students to form good psychological quality and moral character.It can also inspire national spirit and build a strong spiritual civilization,so that the Chinese nation can stand tall among the nations of the world.At present,Jingzhou has made great breakthroughs in the scale of campus football development in recent years.In response to the call of the national campus football strategy,breakthroughs have been made in campus football facilities,funding input,teacher scale,training system,etc.through various means such as government-led,home-school cooperation,internal training and foreign introduction,and competition promotion.However,through the investigation and research of this paper,the present situation of campus football development in Jingzhou primary schools is taken as the research object.By adopting various methods such as literature review,field investigation and interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,it is found that campus football in Jingzhou primary schools still has general limitations in terms of venue facilities,capital investment,student participation,teachers' strength,curriculum arrangement,training competition and various support levels in the process of personnel training,and relevant countermeasures are put forward in response to the above-mentioned development difficulties.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of talent training system,Jingzhou primary school football has adopted a three-step strategic deployment in talent training path,which reflects the development of football in various periods in Jingzhou.In the operation of the personnel training system,through the coordination of the sports department,the education department and the school three aspects,and strive to achieve the dual development of students' study and sports;Through the macro guidance of Jingzhou Education Bureau and the concrete implementation of various school departments,the smooth progress of many activities such as football teaching,training and competition in the primary schools of Jingzhou City is guaranteed.At present Jingzhou primary school campus football talent training system implementation has made a breakthrough in progress,but there are still many problems such as lack of high-quality reserve talents and prominent contradiction between learning and training.In view of these problems,it is necessary to further optimize the path of football talent training and reasonable allocation of learning and training time.(2)In terms of venues and facilities,Jingzhou primary school campus has basically achieved the policy requirement of one school and one goal.However,in terms of venues,the primary school campus is mainly a five-a-side football venue,and the student base is huge,which has the problem of small per capita venue area,resulting in the students' activities being blocked in the process of football teaching and personnel training.On the issue of equipment and facilities,on the one hand,there are a series of potential safety hazards due to the intensive maintenance,which increases the risks of campus football teaching and personnel training;on the other hand,inadequate equipment and uneven distribution lead to a single teaching form in the process of personnel training and a wide gap in teaching facilities between schools.In view of the difficulties in personnel training in this area,it is necessary to enhance the effective use of the site,strengthen the maintenance of facilities and rationally supplement and distribute teaching equipment and facilities.(3)In terms of funding input,the funding sources of campus football in Jingzhou primary schools mainly come from the state financial subsidies and local government subsidies,which are single.There is a wide gap between football characteristic schools and grass-roots ordinary primary schools,and the fund supervision system is weak,and the use of football funds is confused.These situations have led to the dilemma of insufficient material guarantee for the training of campus football talents in Jingzhou primary schools.It is urgent to broaden the funding sources of football and improve the supervision and management system.(4)In the aspect of teacher construction,there are many dilemmas in the training of football talents in Jingzhou primary schools at present,such as the disparity of teachers' gender easily disturbs students' gender cognition,the difference of teaching quality and efficiency in different districts easily leads to the imperfection of teacher training system,the lack of innovation in teaching and talent training,and the lack of teachers' motivation to keep teaching vigor.To solve these problems,we must maintain and promote them by strengthening the introduction and balanced distribution of professional teachers,implementing the continuing education of teachers' football and perfecting the incentive mechanism of teachers.(5)In terms of students' participation,although Jingzhou School Football has created a "Jingzhou Sample" in recent years,there are still difficulties in talent cultivation,such as the imbalance of students' gender participation ratio,the difficulty in balancing football teaching,the obvious difference of students' football interests,the difficulty in unifying the entry point of teaching and talent cultivation,and the deviation of school leaders and parents' support attitude towards students' participation in campus football,which makes it difficult to promote the home-school cooperation model.To solve this problem,we should not only correctly face the individual differences in students' attitudes towards campus football,and improve students' cognitive awareness of participating in campus football,but also effectively carry out home-school cooperation,improve and unify the positive views of school leaders,class teachers and parents on students' participation in campus football,and optimize their concepts to form a joint force.(6)In terms of curriculum,training and competition,the training of football talents in Jingzhou primary schools is divided according to the level of each grade,but it shows that the curriculum content is step by step and the initiative of curriculum development is low;Pay attention to the completion of teaching tasks in training,and the teaching of sports ethics lags behind;In terms of competition,the number and scale of competitions are gradually expanded every year,but the problems such as single competition form,rigid selection of players and low competition guarantee are more prominent.It is suggested to strengthen football curriculum development,enrich football training activities,innovate football competition mode,improve talent selection system and pay attention to football risk prevention and control.
