| From the reform of CDIO engineering education to the current "New Engineering" construction,Project-Based Learning has been regarded as a teaching mode that can effectively improve engineering practice ability of engineering students,and at the same time,it is believed that it can train students’ ability to cooperate with others.It is not easy for undergraduate students to effectively cooperate with others in Project Cooperative learning.While ensuring the completion of project tasks,it is also necessary for teachers to explore constantly in teaching practice to enable all students to achieve ideal self-improvement.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study engineering Project Cooperative Learning.This paper focuses on Project Cooperative Learning in engineering,aiming to improve the result of Project Cooperative Learning,with team interaction and leader leadership as the important influencing factors.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the implementation status of Project-Based Cooperative learning,and probes into the relationship and influence path among the three.The interview method serves as a reference for the preliminary investigation of basic information and the compilation of questionnaires and plays a role in understanding and supporting the results of data analysis.Through ten interviewees and 287 valid questionnaires of engineering students,it is found that Project-Based Cooperative learning is widely used in Engineering Education at the present stage,but there are many problems in group formation,leader leadership,cooperative process,teacher guidance and other aspects,which are closely related to the behavior of teachers and students.The results show that: 1)The higher the Project level,the lower the students’ evaluation of the team leader;The leader with good learning ability and the leader with more enthusiasm have higher leadership;The higher the Project level,the lower the team interaction;Students with good grades,group leader experience and cooperative learning experience will gain higher personal gains.2)The team leader leadership survey found that the team leader’s problem-solving ability had a significant negative impact on task interaction,internal communication and knowledge sharing;The organization and coordination ability of the group leader has a significant positive influence on internal communication and knowledge sharing.Social skills had no significant effect on each dimension of group interaction.3)The team interaction survey found that team interaction and internal three dimensions would have a significant positive impact on the completion of the project task;Team knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on students’ individual learning harvest.Research findings on the influence path of team interaction,leader leadership and cooperation results.4)Team interaction has a full mediating effect on the relationship between leader leadership and project learning outcomes.5)Knowledge sharing has a complete mediating effect between the group leader’s organizational and coordination ability and students’ personal gains.Finally,the paper from the school,teachers,students level put forward several improvement suggestions.1)Colleges and universities should do a good job of system design in advance when promoting project-based learning.2)The role of teachers should be changed from "the wise man on the platform" to "the guide on the side of students".Before the project begins,the teacher needs to reasonably group the class members;When assigning project tasks,relevant contents should be clarified to build a learning community.The teacher should supervise and intervene in the group cooperation process;The project cooperation shall be evaluated and summarized after the completion of the project.3)Student groups need to change from "silent majority" to "happy clique".First of all,students should realize the significance of cooperative learning.Students should actively play important roles and participate in the important division of labor in the group.The group leader should give full play to the role of organization and coordination in the process of group cooperation.Individuals should properly use interpersonal and group skills in the process of cooperation. |
