Research On The Process Of Cooperative Learning

Content: Nowadays there is a keen competition among all countries in the world in these fields such as economy, politics and military. In fact, the competition among countries is the competition of talents, that is to say, the competition in education. In order to meet this challenge, the action plan for rebounding the education of China from 2003 to 2007 has published by the ministry of education, which directs a way for improving the education and it symbols that the development of education has entered into a new stage. In order to train the talents for the 21st century, on one hand we need to conduct reform on the content of education; On the other hand we need to change the form of education radically. Cooperative learning, an old educational form, has coruscated its youth again, for it spurns the disadvantages brought about by the traditional competitive education. In one way, it teaches students how to probe questions. In the other way, it pays much attention to students' ability and shapes students' personality. It can be helpful in making students learn how to study and how to get on well with others, at the same time it helps students learn how to accomplish and how to behave well. This article has conducted a research on the process of cooperative learning. The content of this article includes the theoretic roots and base of cooperative learning, the definition of cooperative learning, the models and the range of using cooperative learning, the evaluation and reflection on cooperative learning. The purpose of the research is to introduce a standard operating model in cooperative learning to help teachers carry out cooperative learning in the classroom.
