Cooperative study is an effective effective teaching and learning approach . which draws general attention in the education reform in the world, which is also one of the most promotive learning method by the new curricumlum, it can show the students creative , however, this method is not so well adopted in the middle and primary schools . the main reasons are that many teachers can not well understand what the principies and how to adapt them. so cooperative learnding close to play it's role as it is expected. In this essay, The writer writes about some of the problems and their causes in cooperative learning . in order to improve the effects of cooperative learing , six approaches have been raised to be as for the teachers, we need to change our teaching reviewpoints , adjust the roles /raise the students learning interests; as for the students , we need to know our learing responsibility , so that they learn to think learning to acquire more knowledge and be more creative. in a group, the members have differents in personality,capability, sex, achievents etc. they may cause contraditions or conflicts. the teachers' rote is fuide students in a more cooperative way, increase their sense of cooperation, teach them the cooperative skills and make the cooperative procedures in a more formal way.Cooperative learning can satisfy students need for learing interest and it is suitable their psychological characters. it's challenging as well in the interaction between the students, and teachers can be well developed in knowledge learing, capability, morality and sense of value.
