| Research objective: In recent years,with the development of "sunshine sports" in China,the importance of sports has also been highlighted.In order to improve the physical exercise level of children in Our country,so that they develop a good habit of lifelong exercise,from now on,adhere to the formation of regular physical exercise.For this reason,the method of rapid expansion and contraction composite training was selected for the experiment to explore its effect on the development of children’s sensitive quality.What it means: It is well known that there are stages in a person’s physical development from childhood to adulthood,and that specific training during critical developmental periods can promote the development of this skill.Children aged from7 to 14 are in the critical period of sensitive quality.The method of rapid expansion and composite training is specially chosen to improve the daily training of sensitive quality,so as to lay a solid foundation of physical fitness and help for the future special sports training and sports hobby activities.It is also hoped that the data and conclusions from the experiment can provide a theoretical basis for the development of children’s sensitive quality and the innovation of school physical education teaching methods in the future.Object and Methods: The effect of rapid stretching compound training on children’s agility of 6-7 years old was taken as the research object.This research mainly uses the literature method to collect relevant data,and then summarizes and designs the outline of the visit and the expert questionnaire.The expert interview method was used to provide the basis for the determination of the experimental content,and the sensitive quality test indexes were selected through the form of questionnaire survey.Mid-term mainly USES the experimental method,using single blind to the participants for eight weeks,in the form of the experimental intervention,the experiment is mainly to choose cieme district elementary school in grade one of36 straight 6 to 7 years old children as subjects,in the case of random sides and then to 1/2/3 count off can be divided into the compound training group(add fast telescopic compound training method)and ladder training group(add a rope ladder sensitive quality training method),the training group(blank control group).Questionnaires were sent to experts to get various indicators of agility,and the compound training group,the physical training group and the non-training group were tested for agility before the experiment.At the end of the eight weeks of training,the three training groups were posttested for the sensitive quality indicators,and all the data were recorded and collated.Finally,the data are compared and analyzed by using the method of data statistics.Results and conclusion: there was no significant difference in the average scores of the three groups in the first three groups by ANOVA.After eight weeks of training,the results of cross quadrant jump,cross change running and round pole running in the compound training group improved more before and after the experiment than those in the rope ladder training group and those in the no-training group,while the results of the t-type running group and rope ladder training group improved more than those in the compound training group and those in the no-training group.After the longitudinal comparison,there were significant differences in the average scores of various indicators of the three groups,with P value less than 0.05.In conclusion,it can be concluded that both rapid expansion compound training and rope ladder agility training can improve children’s agility,but adding fast expansion compound training content is more effective than traditional rope ladder training in improving children’s agility performance of 6-7 years old.Suggestion: pay attention to the sensitive period of children,promote the overall development of children’s physical quality at the same time,targeted to the quality of the sensitive period for exercise.The method of rapid expansion and contraction compound training is added to the daily physical education to enrich the content of school physical education,stimulate sports interest,and promote the development of students’ physical quality.In the rapid expansion of compound training teaching at the same time pay attention to the course intensity and course time arrangement,in accordance with the principle of progressive scientific exercise,to avoid sports injury. |
