| Roller skating requires the ability to move quickly over short distances,and the8-to 10-year-old ice hockey player is a critical period for developing fast strength,agility and speed.Based on the specific movement ability of 8-10 year-old roller ice hockey player,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the changes and differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment in terms of land sports quality and specific movement ability,the purpose of this study was to explore the effect of speed stretching training on the specific movement ability of 8-to 10-year-old roller ice hockey player.On the one hand,it can seek more scientific training methods for roller skating and improve the physical fitness of the players,and on the other hand,it can provide certain theoretical basis for this sport,it provides reference and reference for the research of the fast expansion and contraction compound training in the roller skating ice hockey project.In this research,we use the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to select the Index of special mobility,30 male roller ice hockey player aged 8-10 from Qisheng Roller Hockey Club of Kunming city were selected as subjects through strength assessment.The experimental intervention was carried out in the rapid stretching training and traditional physical fitness training.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the test indexes before and after the comparative analysis,the experimental results show:(1)After 12 weeks of rapid expansion and contraction training,there was a very significant difference(P ≤ 0.01)in the three land sports quality indicators and five special movement ability indicators of the experimental group,and the land sports quality and special movement ability were significantly improved.(2)After 12 weeks of traditional physical training,there were significant differences(0.01 < P ≤ 0.05)between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment of 5-10-5 sensitive running on land,30 meter reverse sliding on wheels,blue line turn back,and pressing and sliding of two contests;There is a very significant difference(P ≤ 0.01)between standing long jump,land 30 meter run,land physical fitness,30 meter forward skating on wheels,and figure of eight gliding at two competition points.Land sports quality and special movement ability have been significantly improved to a certain extent.(3)After the experiment,by comparing the test results of the experimental group and the control group,there was a significant difference between the standing long jump land sports quality and the special moving ability of 30 m reverse slide and blue line turn back on wheels(0.01 < P ≤ 0.05),and there was a very significant difference between the land sports quality of 5-10-5 agile running and the special moving ability of pressing and gliding on two competition circles(P ≤ 0.01)There is no significant difference in gliding between the two contests.Conclusions:(1)Rapid telescopic compound training has a significant effect on improving the land sports qualities such as lower limb explosiveness,sensitivity,and speed that are closely related to the special movement ability of 8-10 year old roller hockey players.(2)Rapid telescopic compound training has a significant effect on the special movement ability of 8-10 year old roller hockey players.(3)Compared with the traditional physical training of 12 weeks,the twelveweek rapid stretch compound training has a better effect on the improvement of land sports quality,and has more advantages in promoting the special movement ability of8-10 year old roller hockey players,and the conversion speed is faster. |
