With the change of basketball talent training system,Chinese colleges and universities will make more and more contributions to the reserve basketball talents in Our country.Through the investigation,it is found that there are few studies on the effect of stretching compound training on the lower limb fast strength of basketball.As the abundant research,this article through the review of relevant literature,and expert interview to determine experimental indexes and training program,to select 20 basketball elective classes of students of lower limb strength study quickly,it can be divided into the experimental group and the control group,the basic rule out the experiment object itself after the individual differences and so on various factors,respectively on two groups of different training,analyzes the results,come to the conclusion that It is hoped that this conclusion can provide reference for coaches in future training.The research conclusions are as follows.(1)After two rounds of expert questionnaire,the indexes of dribble layup,standing long jump,one-step vertical jump,4×10 run and 20 meters continuous single leg jump were selected as the test indexes to reflect the fast strength of lower limbs of basketball students.(2)After 8 weeks the rapid expansion of composite training,the study of full-court dribbling layup vertical jump,standing long jump,step to touch a reverse layup,4 x 10 and 20 meters high single-leg jump in a row,the first three are shown in the experimental group test results,and then two show that there are differences,two groups of test results are overall results show that the experimental result is superior to control group,It is proved that the rapid stretching compound training has more obvious effect on improving the lower limb strength of basketball players.(3)After 8 weeks of experiment,the performance of the experimental group undergoing rapid stretching combined training improved significantly compared with that of the control group undergoing traditional resistance training,indicating thatrapid stretching combined training can more effectively improve the lower limb rapid strength of basketball players in a shorter training period. |
