| As an emerging industry,e-commerce has entered a period of rapid development with the development of economic globalization and the popularity of the Internet,and has become a hot spot of China’s social and economic growth.In recent years,the rise of the concept of "Internet plus" has promoted the development of e-commerce industry to a certain extent.Obviously,there will be more and more demand for e-commerce talents in enterprises.Secondary vocational school e-commerce graduates as application-oriented skilled talents,should have become the hot talents of e-commerce enterprises,but most of the secondary vocational school e-commerce graduates have low employment stability rate and low employment quality.Therefore,how to vigorously enhance the employability of secondary vocational e-commerce students has become the consensus of secondary vocational education.The improvement of the employability of secondary vocational e-commerce students must be based on a reasonable analysis of the market.Only by cultivating talents in line with the needs of enterprises,can the core competitiveness of secondary vocational e-commerce students’ employability be effectively improved.In this paper,265 e-commerce major students from three secondary vocational schools in Weifang City are selected as the research objects.By using the method of questionnaire and interview,the employability level of e-commerce major students in secondary vocational schools is investigated and analyzed,and then the problems existing in the employability of e-commerce major students in Secondary Vocational Schools are obtained,and further from the basic professional quality,basic skills and so on General ability,professional ability three aspects of in-depth discussion,so as to explore the secondary vocational school in e-commerce professional students’ employability promotion problems,and then analyze the causes of the problem,through the cause analysis put forward the secondary vocational e-commerce professional students’ employability promotion strategy.It has both theoretical and practical significance. |
