The cause of special education in China is developing day by day and has achieved good results.Fusion education concept has become the main trend of the development of special education,followed in the mode in our country education to implement the fusion,although followed in the present development way is still tough,but with the special children’s disabilities increased,learning need to constantly expanding,followed in the both student or special school students require special education resources to the classroom for learning support and guidance.The construction of special education resource class rooms has become a link between general education and special education,enabling common students and special students to have a common learning environment,and more closely connecting the concept of integrated education and special education,which plays a great role.At present,the research on special education resource classroom sat home and abroad is increasing,which shows that the importance of special education resource classrooms has been widely concerned.However,the current research focuses on first-tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,which have rapid economic development and advanced education level,and attach great importance to special education.Therefore,the construction level of special education resource classrooms in the areas is relatively complete,and the management and operation mode relatively advanced.However,research on class room construction of special education resources is extremely scarce in the third and fourth tier cities with relatively general economic and educational level.In recent years,China has successively built special education resource classrooms to guarantee the support system of special education and integrated education,and to break the stereotype of the marginalization of special education.This study focuses on the classroom construction of special education resources in L City level and finds the best measure to help the classroom construction and operation of special education resources in L City level.Study through the investigation and study,according to the construction of teachers team,the business situation,equipped with resources,support multiple dimensions,such as the widely investigated L five district level of special education school is a radiant point in a special school for special education resource investigation,on the construction of the class room and field survey,in-depth understand in L City level of special education resource room development present situation,analyzes the problems existing in the classroom,special education resources in targeted local counter measures and suggestions.
