Delivery of education is an indispensable way to realize educational equity in an all-round way.It is an important component of the current special education system in our country.It aims to provide home-based or distance education services for the physically or mentally challenged children of the right age with disabilities who can not study at school for various reasons.It is one of the important forms of resettlement that protects the right to education of students with severe and extremely severe disabilities and students with multiple disabilities in our country at this stage.Although various policies and documents have been adopted by the state,specific guidance has been laid on the work of home-teaching,and local governments have formulated the Guiding Opinions on Homestead Work for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities.All of them have to do their homework,but at this stage,The effect of teaching homework is not ideal,there are many problems.This study adopts the method of narrative study.By telling the writer's teaching experience as a new resource teacher in the past year,this study presents the mentality of sending a new resource teacher to teach and presents the family status of sending students,meanwhile,Reflect the special school(district-level resource center)to carry out all aspects of home delivery.The main results of this study are as follows:1.new home teaching teachers face many challenges,access to less support.The main challenge comes from sending students,schools and teachers to teach themselves.2.Sent to teach families to teach different attitudes,and some are willing to accept the teaching,and actively cooperate;some families do not want,do not need to teach.Teach-to-teach families mostly lose confidence because their children have too many obstacles and do not report any expectations to their children.Teach students to family life Although each has its own characteristics,but not tragic,the basic was positive and optimistic.3.C district special school leaders do not attach importance to homework.Mainly in the following five aspects: First,the choice of teachers to teach random(arranged for inexperienced new teachers to teach);Second,not to assess non-school children,on the regular class and to teach Object placement;Third,the school to teach homework,the school did not mention any quality requirements;Fourth,the work to the teacher,regardless of asking,did not provide the relevant support,the teacher isolated;Fifth,did not establish A set of standardized and orderly delivery process.Based on the above results,this research proposes the following analysis and discussion: 1.There is a long way to go to Delivery ofEducation.There are so many problems need to solve.2.Delivery of Education need to be systematic.3.Delivery of Education should be done in a team.So the key is to set up a professional team 4.The relevant documents of Delivery of Education" policy should be adjusted accordingly.
