With the accelerating process of urbanization,the group of migrant workers’ children is growing.The problem of community integration of migrant workers’ children caused by environmental changes from rural to urban areas is becoming a special concern in the process of urbanization.Community is the first step of socialization of migrant workers’ children,so whether they can smoothly integrate into community life has a profound impact on their health and growth.Through the methods of literature review,participation observation and interview,this paper investigates the behavior status of migrant workers’ children in D community of Changchun City,and finds that some migrant workers’ children have the problem of community integration.Social workers start from the individual,family and community levels to find the reasons for the difficulty of community integration of migrant workers’ children,and based on the empowerment theory and social support theory,In order to explore the effective ways to promote the community integration of migrant workers’ children,the group professional method in social work is used to intervene the community integration of migrant workers’ children.The results show that in order to truly integrate into the community,the children of migrant workers should,on the one hand,realize self growth and improve their adaptability and communication ability;Secondly,we should promote the families of migrant workers’ children and pay attention to family education and parent-child relationship.Finally,from the community level,we should build a perfect community support network to provide a positive community environment for the children of migrant workers and help them integrate into the collective and society as soon as possible.
