Juvenile delinquency has always been a highly concerned problem in the world and attracted many scholars to study and analyze it.However,in some cases, the delinquent minors have illegal "criminal record",but this "criminal record" has not been timely and effective social work professional services intervention.Local public security departments usually deal with juveniles who violate the laws and regulations on public security administration and punishment by themselves. The focus group of social workers in the judicial field is juveniles who violate the criminal law and need to bear criminal responsibility and whose cases have been filed. Many scholars in the field of law have found that illegal acts can not be timely intervened and dealt with, and the "qualitative change" of illegal acts from "quantitative change" to criminal acts has not received enough attention.Based on the background of A Street in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of juvenile illegal behaviors, and sorts out the situation of juvenile illegal behaviors in A Street through description of community background and types of juvenile illegal behaviors.By sorting out and analyzing the situation of 29 cases of minors with illegal behaviors in the process of work practice, combining the micro system, meso system and macro system of ecosystem theory, the influencing factors of minors’ illegal behaviors are analyzed,so as to provide service intervention for minors’ illegal behaviors.Under the guidance of "ecosystem theory" and "crisis intervention" mode, the research focuses on how social work should intervene, the effectiveness after intervention, the experience summary of intervention, how to solve the problems and difficulties encountered in practice and how to deal with the mode.In the process of social work intervention of minors’ illegal acts, the cognition of minors themselves, the supervision of family members and the "abdication of responsibility" of relevant stakeholders are all difficult problems in the process of social work intervention. It can be concluded that the occurrence of juvenile delinquency is closely related to the various systems in which they live.If professional social work services intervene after minors’ illegal behavior, the connection between various systems of minors will be rebuilt, which is of great significance to the healthy growth of minors. In the research and practice,it can be seen that through effective crisis intervention, professional case support after intervention, and resource integration and link of various systems, minors can acquire the ability to deal with crisis and safely spend their adolescence.
