Caring teachers are the needs of educational undertakings.Caring for students and teaching students to feel and care about everything is a plentiful and eternal content in every teacher's career.But in today's educational field,the invisible content is obscured by utilitarianism such as grades,which results in Teachers' lack of caring quality.Caring teachers refer to teachers' ability to observe the inner world of their students,to perceive the needs of students,to set up dialogues with students,and to bridge the gap between knowledge and verbal communication.At the same time,the teacher group possesses the knowledge and belief of concern,no longer only stay in the subject knowledge.The caring teachers include acceptance,trust,understanding,responsibility and respect.This matter is of profound significance to the training of teachers in the current educational reform in China.Theoretically,in an interactive care field,this educational pursuit will not suppress or impede the development of students' intelligence.Every educational individual is full of spirit,civilization and not lonely.In the realistic meaning,the caring teachers know students well,and it will be more effective in promoting the knowledge level,and character cultivation as well.And then the spiritual world is well-developed and the moral trait is good.The caring education theory is the main representative of American educator Neil Noddings based on the Western care ethics which main theory is concern of education,and at the beginning of 90 s with the rise of " learn to care" by the concerns of the community.This paper is based on the theory of caring ethics and caring education,and based on literature review and literature analysis.First,Noddings caring theory is elaborated,and the caring model and influence factors are explored.Next,the core quality of the caring teachers is expounded from the theory of teachers' quality and the theory of teachers' moral ability.Then,the keen eyes examine the current situation of the growth and development of caring teachers according to the core qualities of caring teachers.The facts are reflected by schools,educators,teaching evaluation and human's perspective.Finally,this paper explore deeply the training strategies of caring teachers.Education requires real concern,not indifference,and no more emotional indifference.In this interactive field of care,each other continues to gain the ability to care,to love,and to become a complete,lovely person.The essence of concern is spiritual care.Only the development of students from the spiritual life can promote the development of students' life.What is needed in the future is not a heap of intellectuals,but a large number of educated people who think independently.Care has become the inherent character of a kind of education.
