Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’positive Energy In The New Ear

General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that "the ideals and beliefs,mental state and comprehensive quality of the young generation are an important embodiment of a country’s development vitality and an important factor for a country’s core competitiveness." As a kind of upward and good power in line with contemporary Chinese values,positive energy has a positive significance for the establishment of college students’ ideals and beliefs,the maintenance of good mental state and the improvement of their comprehensive quality.Positive energy can play a huge role in rallying people’s minds and forming people’s consensus.It is not only an important content of ideological and political education for college students,but also an indispensable driving force for college students to grow up and develop.The cultivation of positive energy can help college students form positive ideal pursuit,sunny attitude towards life,healthy and good words and deeds so that college students can experience pleasure,enrichment and happiness in the practice of positive energy,and improve their spiritual realm in the pursuit of life value as well.Based on the concepts related to the cultivation of college students’ positive energy in the new era,through the questionnaire survey,it is known that the current college students’ positive energy generally performs well: They have a correct value cognition of positive energy,have a high sense of collective honor,have a reasonable response to negative energy and have a certain amount of goodwill words and deeds.There are also real problems: college students need to improve their cognition of positive energy,colleges and universities need to strengthen the atmosphere of cultivating positive energy,college students should adjust their mentality and implement positive energy actions.The main reasons are as follows: the transmission focus of a few education carriers is not prominent enough,some colleges and universities have not done a good job in transmitting the positive energy,some college students have poor willpower,and some teachers have not done a good job in guiding college students’ words and deeds.Combined with the situation of college students’ positive energy,this paper analyzes the main contents of current college students’ positive energy cultivation: enterprise,sense of mission,willpower and sense of justice.Then based on the analysis of the four fostering links which is stimulation,accumulation,transmission and promotion and practice cases of college students’ positive energy cultivation,the paper offers the following response from four dimensions: clearing cognition: comprehend the transmission content of positive energy,motivating passion: actively create the atmosphere of positive energy cultivation,tempering the will: mold tough character through multiple channels,and shaping behavior: Reinforce positive behavior and enhance positive energy,so as to make up the shortcomings of the cultivation of positive energy and realize the cultivation goal of consciously practicing positive energy in college students.
