How Opinion Leaders Value The Positive Energy Education Leading Mode On Contemporary College Students

The positive energy is the power source which promotes the healthy and upward development of the country and the society; it is the critical power of the rejuvenation of Chinese nation; it is also the critical factor in the healthy growth of mind and body of present university students. Under such epoch theme of practicing the socialist core values, advancing and enriching the main theme, and spreading the positive energy, how to guide the positive energy education on university students becomes an important mission of educational workers.The thesis is guided by the Marxist theory, assimilates and learns from relative theories on this matter at home and abroad, thus defining anew the meanings of the opinion leader, the positive energy and the guidance mode. The opinion leader in this thesis refers to is:the person who can spread the positive values in ideological and political field, appeal to some audience, and have the influences of thought refining, value shaping and behavior guiding on his followers. Positive energy: refers to the emotional security and motivation while one is trying to fulfill his value. Leading model:refers to a model in which an individual provides ideological, emotional and behavior normal forms to a certain group and the group acknowledge and follow this model.The leading model for positive energy is the research object of this thesis. This thesis studies the energy transmission from the perspective of physics, and discusses the energy flowing process from its origin to its development and energy transmission process and features from its origin to development with examples. Furthermore, based on the flowing process of energy, we will discuss the normal transmission model of positive energy of university students. We attempt to describe the transmission model of the positive energy education on university students, and then analyze the structure of leading transmission and relationship of factors in transmission structure, so as to establish the structure of the positive energy education on university students]. Discussions cover the analysis of opinion leaders’role in the positive energy education on university students with reference to inspiration sources from contemporary the positive energy education on university students.This article revealed current situation of instant positive education and paid an inquisition into its three causes of formation:First, to analyze why it leads the tide from its historical background, and then the transference of spiritual pursuit to recreation induced by social transition, and finally, the absence of teaching values in college education. It concluded the characteristics of the leading instant mode into campaign, universality and monotonicity and pointed out its dissolvent ability on the positive energy education on university students.At last, the paper gives a summary based on the questions put forward in the paper and comes up with some countermeasures of leading mode of the opinion leader. It is critical to train the opinion leader of positive energy that we need. The right direction is the dynamic integration of the transfer processes of energy of family, society and school; in current ideological and political education, the worth education that sets up the positive energy specifically is the core.Finally, according to the summary which has been mentioned in this paper, we have reached our conclusion of opinion leaders leading the way. To cultivating our positive energy opinion leaders, we need three key points:family, society and school. The main strategy is combine those three aspects with current values of the ideological education and political education in an organic integration process.
