Curriculum is the most basic and important factor in the process of talent training in colleges and universities,which can directly affect the efficiency of teachers’ education and teaching.Whether the curriculum system and curriculum setting can keep up with the needs of The Times,the country,the society and students is directly related to the ability and level of talent cultivation in higher education.In order to improve the overall quality of the curriculum system,the state has made detailed requirements and regulations on the curriculum system,content,setting and other aspects.With the implementation of teacher certification,the normal colleges and universities are facing new challenges and reforms.Therefore,some problems need to be solved in the curriculum setting of colleges and universities,such as the weak concept of training target majors,the slightly unbalanced structure of curriculum proportion,the low conversion rate of course content,and the fixed course sequence.Based on teachers’ professional certification standards,this study focuses on the professional curriculum of teachers in colleges and universities,in the curriculum of the university teachers’ professional certification in China as the research object,carrying out practice-the aim of the theory and practice,the teachers’ professional certification in the standard of university curriculum requirements and current college teachers’ professional curriculum text comparison,through the investigation on the current status of the university curriculum practice,to find and analyze its existing problems,and make corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper briefly introduces the reason of this research,the research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,research significance and so on.In order to adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and improving the quality of talent training,colleges and universities need to start with curriculum setting and find the breakthrough point to lay a solid foundation for talent training.The second part is the current situation analysis.First of all,the author makes a comparative analysis of the text of the preschool education program of three universities in Chongqing,and finds out the existing problems and deficiencies.Through the questionnaire survey of 380 junior and senior students in the three schools,as well as the interview of the corresponding teachers and students,to understand the understanding and views of students and teachers on the curriculum provision of this major,combined with the problems found in the previous text analysis,to summarize the problems existing in the curriculum provision of normal major in colleges and universities.It is found that the following problems exist in the curriculum setting of preschool education in the three schools.There are weak awareness of professional concept in the training objective,more theoretical courses,less practical courses and neglect of practical requirements in the curriculum structure.The practical conversion rate of course content is low,and there is the phenomenon of content repetition;Subject education and ideological education curriculum allocation is not appropriate;The course sequence is not reasonable enough,and some theory and practice courses are arranged late,which is not consistent with the actual needs of students.The third part is the problem analysis.In view of the problems found above,this research makes the corresponding reason analysis,the main reasons are as follows: the emphasis on theoretical courses and the neglect of practical courses is a persistent problem in China,although the reality of colleges and universities have been making adjustments and changes,but there is a certain gap between the actual demand and the actual development speed;Students’ awareness of the problem is weak,the response channel is narrow;The school has not paid enough attention to the actual curriculum development and reform.The fourth part is countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the problems found in the previous research,the author puts forward his own feasible suggestions.It is mainly carried out from four aspects,including accurate interpretation of professional certification standards,overall planning of elective courses and integration of practical theory courses;Integrate and reorganize the course content,increase the practice section appropriately;Scientific adjustment of the course sequence,the construction of a long-term course arrangement mechanism.
