Teacher education,as a professional education to train basic education teachers,determines the overall level of our teachers,is the foundation of the development of education in our country,and is the key to improve the quality of education.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the cultivation of high-quality teachers as an important measure to build a strong educational country.It can be seen that the improvement of the quality of teachers in higher education has increasingly become an inevitable requirement of social development.In view of the problem of improving the quality of teachers' education,the state has also issued relevant policies,promulgated corresponding curriculum standards and professional standards of teachers,as well as policy implementation measures.As an important means to strengthen teacher professionalization and teacher management,teacher certification policy plays an extremely important role in the construction of teachers' team and the improvement of teachers' quality.Compared with the developed countries,the professional certification of normal universities in our country is at the initial stage of exploration,and there will inevitably be some problems in the process of promulgation and implementation of the policy.Therefore,from both theoretical and practical aspects,it is of great practical significance to study the professional certification policy of normal universities in China.Based on a large number of documents and policy documents,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the implementation of the certification policy for teachers' majors in Colleges and universities in China,and makes a thorough study on the necessity,standards,procedures,environment,content and value of the implementation of the certification policy for teachers' majors in Colleges and Universities in China.Combining with the reading of policy texts and the non-structural interviews with the leaders and the main teachers of the sample Universities Participating in the professional certification of teachers' training,this paper understands the general status quo of the implementation of professional certification of teachers' training in China's universities and the problems encountered in the implementation process,hoping to be able to understand the current situation ofprofessional certification and explore the limitations of the policy itself.The research finds that there are some deficiencies in the current certification policy for teachers' majors in Colleges and universities in China,such as the lack of rationality in the membership of certification organizations,the need to further strengthen the scientificity of certification standards,and the need to consider the strictness of the use of certification results.Compared with the developed countries,the professional certification of normal universities in our country belongs to the preliminary exploratory stage.The development is not perfect,and there are inevitably shortcomings.Therefore,on the basis of understanding the current situation of professional certification of teachers' education in China and combining with the national conditions of our country,this paper will draw appropriate lessons from the experience of professional certification of teachers' education in major foreign countries,put forward feasible suggestions for improving the policy of professional certification of teachers' education in Colleges and universities of our country,improve the quality of professional certification of teachers' education in our country while improving the policy of professional certification of teachers' education,and promote it.Enter the professional development of teachers.
