| As a world difficult problem,poverty has been widely concerned by countries all over the world.As the world’s second largest economy,China was the first country to achieve its poverty reduction target,contributing more than 70 percent to global poverty reduction.Last year,China has comprehensively completed the building of a moderately prosperous society,and achieved the first centenary goal.Eliminating absolute poverty,as the baseline task and landmark indicator of this goal,has been completed.In spite of this,the regional imbalance of rural education development in China is still obvious.Rural education is a significant component of Chinese education modernization,and it is also the top priority of anti-poverty education,rural revitalization strategy,building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and finally towards the goal of shared prosperity.It is important for rural teachers to develop rural areas and education.They can also influence the growth of rural students,and the core of rural education reform and development.As the guides of rural students,they undertake the great mission of promoting rural development.Therefore,to modernize education,Chinese government has shorten the gap between urban and rural education,the construction of rural teachers must be placed in the strategic position of priority development.people focus on rural teachers team construction,the stability and expansion of scale,improve the level of treatment,strengthen training has adopted a series of policy measures,such as rural teachers face huge change,rural education quality have been improved significantly,rural teachers made a historic contribution to our country rural education enterprise development.However,for a long time,in rural areas of our country,especially in rural schools in deep poverty areas,due to school conditions and other reasons,the loss of rural teachers is serious,rural teachers lack of professional attraction,which seriously affects the improvement of rural education quality and the development of rural education.Therefore,the government and researchers have paid close attention to it.Based on the field research in Congjiang County,Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province,and after understanding the basic situation of local education,this essay will explore what factors affect the vocational attraction of rural teachers.From what has discussed above,divides this essay into five parts :Introduction: It mainly clarifies the topic selection,purpose and significance of the paper,and lays the theoretical foundation of this research by combing the previous research results.According to the research theory guidance,design research ideas and methods.The first chapter clarifies the theoretical framework of the occupational attraction of rural teachers.By reading about the document of rural teachers’ professional appeal,rural teacher professional attractive connotation,namely rural teacher professional attraction is refers to the rural teachers professional qualifications and provide conditions to make working on rural teachers internal identity and potential external personnel to the countryside,who teaches at the will of the degree,this level of high and low to reflect the rural teacher professional appeal.And with the help of domestic and foreign indicators on the vocational attraction of rural teachers,the measuring dimensions of rural teachers’ vocational attraction are divided into: social recognition,occupational provision,personal preference and spatial social characteristics.And put forward their own research hypothesis,that is,rural teachers lack of attraction.The second chapter,the selection of research objects and research tools.Measure dimensions based on rural teachers’ professional appeal,congjiang county of Guizhou miao and dong autonomous county four rural school teachers to interview,on the basis of the grounded theory,Nvivo analysis software is used to collect and analyze data,generating about rural teacher professional attraction level 3 nodes coding structure.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of rural teachers’ occupational attraction.According to the rural teacher professional appeal to measure dimensions and three-level coding structure,the rural teacher professional appeal questionnaire,and congjiang county of Guizhou miao and dong autonomous county rural teachers’ professional attraction present situation investigation,from the different dimensions analysis the present situation of the rural teacher professional appeal,through statistical analysis,hypothesis before validation.Chapter four,the promotion path of rural teachers’ occupational attraction.Based on the qualitative analysis of Nvivo and according to the results that the occupational attractiveness of rural teachers is insufficient,and the occupational attractiveness model of rural teachers is constructed,and the corresponding improvement path is proposed.Based on the importance and indispensability of rural teachers,this paper studies the factors that influence the occupational attraction of rural teachers,and builds an excellent teacher team that "can go,stay,teach well and develop well" for rural schools.It will contribute to the cause of anti-poverty education in China,and promote the development of rural education and rural revitalization in China. |
