Rural teachers are an important guarantee to cultivate rural talents and promote the development of rural education.The stability of rural teachers directly affects the overall process of rural education development.Promoting the construction of rural teachers and solving the problems in the construction of rural teachers are the key to the development of rural education.There are many standards to measure the professional attractiveness of rural teachers.In the objective aspect,there are mainly the policies proposed by the state for the construction of rural teachers,the number of rural schools,the financial expenditure of rural schools,the quality of normal students and so on.In the subjective aspect,the subjective feelings of rural teachers and unemployed normal students can be investigated to evaluate the professional attractiveness of rural teachers attractive force.According to the practical problems,this study found that rural teachers’ professional attractiveness can explain its main problems through teachers’ job satisfaction and job burnout.Therefore,this study focuses on Teachers’ job satisfaction and job burnout.On the basis of policy analysis,the key problems to be solved are: what are the occupational attractiveness and influencing factors of rural teachers? What are the structural relationships and functional paths of the dimensions of rural teachers’ professional attractiveness?Using the methods of literature research and statistical analysis,this study combs the relevant national policy documents on the construction of rural teachers in recent years,and analyzes the attractiveness of rural teachers from a macro perspective.This paper selects Qinhuangdao city of Hebei Province as the survey area,and takes rural teachers as the research subject.Through the questionnaire,we understand the situation and influencing factors of rural teachers’ occupational attraction in Qinhuangdao city from the subjective perspective of teachers,and use structural equation model to further analyze the degree of influencing factors of different rural teachers,and explore the structural relationship of each dimension of rural teachers’ occupational attraction In order to provide scientific basis and policy recommendations for stabilizing the rural education talent team,improving the qualityand level of primary education,and enhancing the professional attractiveness of rural teachers.The results show that the level of rural teachers still needs to be improved,especially the proportion of rural teachers with high education background and professional title is relatively small,and the lack of development in material conditions and professional development leads to the decrease of rural teachers’ job satisfaction,which is further aggravated by the influence of age,teaching years,employment mode,overtime frequency,pressure and promotion opportunities The degree of job burnout,de emotional tendency and low personal accomplishment lead to job burnout,which reduces the professional attraction of rural teachers from the subjective feeling of teachers.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as reforming and improving the salary system of rural teachers,further increasing financial investment,innovating the teacher training mode,building an efficient professional development platform,improving the professional title evaluation mechanism,diversifying the standards,and paying attention to the mental health of rural teachers,so as to enhance the professional attractiveness of rural teachers.
