Study On "Internet+agriculture" Development And Its Impact On Agricultural Structure Adjustment

There are many problems in the process of transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture.The shortage of agricultural resources,the low labor productivity,the imbalance of supply and demand structure,and the uneven quality of agricultural products have seriously hindered the pace of agricultural restructuring.The emergence of a new model of"Internet+Agriculture" will play an important role in the adjustment of agricultural structure.Compared with the development of the Internet and other industries,there are many gaps in the development of "Internet+Agriculture".At present,the research on "Internet+Agriculture" at home and abroad is mostly based on the theoretical level and lacks empirical research.Therefore,The empirical analysis of "Internet+agriculture" has great research space and value.This paper studies "Internet+Agriculture" from two aspects.First,based on theoretical analysis,this paper constructs"Internet+Agriculture" from three aspects:policy support level,agricultural Internet technology application level and agricultural Internet talent development level.Development evaluation index system,using the"vertical and horizontal" to open the grade method to carry out a time-series dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the development of"Internet+agriculture" in 30 provinces and cities of China,and based on the evaluation results using the maximum order difference method and variance pair 30 The development level of "Internet+Agriculture" in different provinces and cities was classified,and the scores of the various factors affecting "Internet+Agriculture" were further classified by ArcGIS using the natural fracture method.The results show that:(1)Overall,the development level of "interconnect+agriculture" from 2012 to 2016 is on the rise,with an average growth rate of 57%.And with the continuous improvement of the overall development level of"Internet+Agriculture" in the country,the differences between regions have gradually increased.(2)From the regional differences in the development of "Internet+Agriculture",the development of"Internet+Agriculture" in the three regions showed a pattern of"East-China-West" decline.The development level of"Internet+Agriculture" in the east is the highest overall and lowest in the west.Although the increase in the development level of"Internet+Agriculture" in the east is significantly larger than that in the central and western regions,the average growth rate in the eastern region is 47.4%,which is lower than the average growth rate in the central and western regions,and the average increase in the central and western regions.The speeds were 80.9%and 87.8%,respectively.(3)The"Internet+Agriculture" development ranking is in a stable province(city),but the level of development is uneven.According to the level of development,it can be further divided into a high level of steady development,a moderately high development state,a moderately low development state,and a low level of steady development.The provinces(cities)for the development of volatility can be divided into Rising volatility development and Declining volatility development according to the development level.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of agricultural structure adjustment,this paper designs the indicators of agricultural structure adjustment,including the agricultural structure rationalization index and the agricultural structure advanced index,and then uses the above two indicators as the explanatory variables to "Internet+The comprehensive evaluation value of agriculture is used as an explanatory variable.The data of 2012-2016 is used to establish the provincial panel data model and the panel data model of the three regions of East,West and West.The impact of "Internet+Agriculture" on the adjustment of agricultural structure in China has been carried out.Empirical Research.The results show that "Internet+agriculture" can promote the rationalization of agricultural structure and the advanced structure of agriculture,but there are regional differences in this promotion."Internet+Agriculture" has the greatest effect on the rationalization of agricultural structure in the western region,followed by the central region,with the least impact on the eastern region.From the perspective of the impact on the advanced structure of agriculture,the development of"Internet+agriculture" in the central region has the greatest promotion effect on the advanced agricultural structure,followed by the eastern region and the western region.
