| Under the background of the new era,the progress of science and technology and the popularization of education gradually promote the transformation and development of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Throughout the development process of modern agriculture,agricultural technology training has been the most important means and way of agricultural science and technology extension,which plays a very important role in the development of agricultural economy.As a bridge and link for agricultural scientific research institutions to provide scientific and technological services to local grass-roots agrotechnical personnel,agricultural technology training is the main way to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in our country.Hunan Province is a major agricultural province in central China.Wangcheng District,as the main jurisdiction of Changsha,the capital of Hunan Province,is bound to affect the development of Changsha and its surrounding areas.Wangcheng District also has a lot of problems to be solved in the process of agricultural science and technology training.To improve the agricultural technology training system and enhance the degree of modernization of agricultural science and technology is of great significance for Wangcheng District,which is in the stage of transformation and upgrading,as well as the economic development of the whole region.This paper studies the situation of grass-roots agro-technical training at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the current research trends and existing problems,and further improves and expands the research on the training system of agro-technical personnel in our country.this paper systematically expounds the related concepts of agro-technical training and uses the basic research theory to construct the research framework.Taking the grass-roots agrotechnical personnel in Wangcheng District of Changsha City,Hunan Province as the main research object,this paper studies the training needs and influencing factors of grass-roots agrotechnical personnel in Wangcheng District,Changsha City,Hunan Province,and studies the current form and effect of agro-technical training in Wangcheng District,Changsha City,Hunan Province.this paper analyzes the current situation of agrotechnical training and the needs of trainers,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey.Collect and analyze large survey data,use econometric methods to construct a data model and analyze the significant relationship of various factors,find out the factors that affect the training demand and put forward countermeasures,so as to apply the conclusions to improve the field of agricultural technology training in our country,effectively help to carry out targeted agricultural technology training,improve the effect of agricultural technology training,and realize the effective dissemination of local agricultural technology.Finally,it can effectively help the agricultural technology training in Hunan Province to be more comprehensive and perfect. |
