In December 2016,the national education department issued the "Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education in Cultivating Wisdom Schools",which clearly introduced the curriculum objectives and content,made specific recommendations for teaching implementation,and provided a reference for teaching evaluation.It marks a new stage in the development of special education in our country,and it also points out the direction for the future curriculum construction of special education schools.However,to this day,it is still unknown what is the status of the implementation of the "Cultivation of Wisdom Curriculum Standards" and what the obstacles are.The implementation status of special education curriculum standards should affect the development of special education,and it needs our attention and research.In this study,we select schools in Sichuan-Chongqing area as the research site.Special education teachers who are teaching in low,middle or high school in the region are selected as the research objects.The research methods of self-compiled questionnaires and interviews are used successively.After understanding the current status of the implementation of compulsory education curriculum standards for Peizhi schools in Sichuan and Chongqing,the author discussed and analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of compulsory education curriculum standards for Peizhi schools in Sichuan and Chongqing,and clarified their influencing factors.Based on this,put forward implementation suggestions for relevant departments or schools.The conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the current survey results of the implementation of the "Curriculum Standards for Wisdom Training" in Sichuan and Chongqing are not "satisfactory",and the overall level is at a low level.From the survey results,there are many problems in the implementation process in this area: teachers’ understanding of the "Wisdom Cultivation Curriculum Standards" is still relatively weak;teachers do not have a deep understanding of the basic concepts of the "Wisdom Cultivation Curriculum Standards",The practice is not in place;the relevant curriculum resources in the training schools are insufficient or the utilization rate is low.Second,in the implementation of the "Curriculum Standard for Wisdom Training",it will be affected by many factors,and the various factors are mutually different and interrelated.After further analyzing the current situation and problems of the implementation of the "Course Standards for Wisdom Training" in Sichuan and Chongqing,the author concluded that the main influencing factors are:(1)The school’s attention and training are not enough.It shows that after the school has carried out relevant training,the understanding and cognitive attitudes of many teachers in the "Curriculum Standard for Wisdom Training" are still relatively weak,and most teachers have an understanding of the basic concepts and requirements in the "Curriculum Standard for Wisdom Training".It is not deep enough,and the actual implementation is poor.(2)Teachers have different teaching concepts and professional quality levels,which are manifested in the fact that teachers who have been transferred to special schools or other reasons and teachers with a certain professional background have a certain degree of cognition,understanding and implementation of the "Curriculum Standard for Wisdom Training".The difference.(3)The relevant curriculum resources are in vacancies or their value has not been tapped,which means that there is no nationally compiled textbook resources for the middle and high school stages,so they cannot meet the orderly development of the teaching work of the school stage;for other related extracurricular learning resources such as The development and utilization of resources such as sensory integration classrooms and resource classrooms inside the school,and families and communities outside the school are relatively low.(4)The problems of the "Curriculum Standards for Training Wisdom".The performance is that the release of the curriculum standard is a set of systematic learning standards for special students in the national training schools.As a top-level design,it is not targeted and directed in specific implementation areas.Third,in accordance with the problems and influencing factors in the implementation of the "Wisdom Cultivation Curriculum Standard",the following implementation suggestions are put forward for reference: Strengthen the normalization of the "Wisdom Cultivation Curriculum Standard" training,deepen teachers’ understanding and attention;accelerate the teaching of the teaching team The transformation and improvement of concepts and abilities to realize the common growth of teachers;establish a learning supervision mechanism of the "Curriculum Standard for Wisdom Training" to give full play to the role of supervision and restriction;accelerate the enrichment and improvement of relevant curriculum resources to ensure orderly and effective implementation. |
