In 2011,the Ministry of Education issued the curriculum standard for physical education and health in Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the 2011 edition of physical education curriculum standard),which has provided teaching standards and implementation suggestions for school physical education in Guangzhou in the past 11 years.In order to explore the actual effect of the 2011 edition of physical education curriculum standard in Guangzhou,this paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.This paper investigates the specific current situation of the implementation of the 2011 edition of the physical education curriculum standard in 60 primary and secondary schools in the stage of compulsory education in Guangzhou,analyzes and studies the problems existing in the implementation of the 2011 edition of the physical education curriculum standard in Guangzhou in combination with the physical health data of students in Guangzhou and the results of factor analysis,and then puts forward corresponding implementation opinions,so as to provide a practical basis for the implementation of the physical education curriculum standard in the new era.The results are as follows:(1)Since the promulgation of the 2011 edition of physical education curriculum standards,Guangzhou has actively implemented a series of specific implementation requirements put forward by the Provincial Department of education.However,some schools in Guangzhou are still in short supply of sports venues and teachers at the stage of compulsory education.(2)Physical education teachers in the stage of compulsory education in Guangzhou can basically implement teaching in accordance with the requirements of the 2011 edition of physical education curriculum standards.However,teachers’ study on the curriculum standards of physical education and health needs to be strengthened;49.57% of teachers set complete learning objectives and strictly implemented them.Some teachers’ classroom content ignored the pre class plan and objective requirements;The teaching evaluation method is single;The teaching hours and contents of theoretical courses are uneven;The compilation of school-based teaching materials needs to be improved.The development of sports resources mainly focuses on the content of sports courses and sports equipment.The development of other resources needs to be strengthened.(3)At the stage of compulsory education in Guangzhou,students can basically meet the four learning objectives in the curriculum standard of physical education and health.But in sports participation: some students do not like physical education,especially junior middle school students;In terms of sports skills: most students have mastered one or more sports skills,14.38% of primary school students need to be improved,and 8.13% of junior middle school students need to be improved;In terms of mental health and social adaptation: some primary and secondary school students can not meet the requirements of the curriculum standards.(4)The test results of the National Students’ physical health standard of Guangzhou and Guangdong Province show that the overall physical fitness of students in Guangzhou has been significantly improved since the promulgation of the2011 edition of physical education curriculum standard,but the attention of individual districts and schools in Guangzhou needs to be improved,"shock training" still exists,and endurance running and pull-up have become "old difficulties" in physical education teaching.(5)Factor analysis shows that the most important factors affecting the implementation of the 2011 edition of physical education curriculum standards in Guangzhou are school factors and teacher factors.These two factors interact with social factors,family factors and student factors to form a network,which plays an important role in the implementation of the curriculum standards. |
