| In the social background of the new era,in the historical process of the construction of Sichuan Province as a strong province of sports,competitive sports shoulder an important historical mission,and as an indispensable part of competitive sports,whether to obtain excellent competition results,to send excellent athletes to the superior team,or to select and cultivate outstanding reserve talents,can not be without the support of the coach team.With the continuous development of modern sports training,the era of athletes fighting alone has long passed.More scientific sports training methods,more scientific training team support,more advanced instruments and equipment support have become important factors to obtain excellent performance in competitive sports.As an important human resource of competitive sports system,coaches play an important role in competitive sports.Badminton coaches are the key to the development of badminton career and the improvement of competitive badminton level in Sichuan Province.Their coaching ability and personal quality are closely related to the improvement of athletic skills and the development of competitive sports.Sichuan badminton used to achieve excellent performance in the national games,but now it is faced with the realistic dilemma that it is difficult to achieve good performance in the games and the quality of the reserve badminton talent training is declining.In order to fully understand the development status of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province and explore the key factors affecting the training quality of coaches,this study takes badminton project managers in Sichuan Province,badminton teams in Sichuan Province and badminton coaches in sports schools in 15 cities as the objects of investigation.By means of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies the development status of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province,influencing factors of training quality,practical problems affecting training quality and improvement strategies.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)After studying the development status of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province from four aspects: basic information of coaches,selection of coaches,training of coaches and assessment of coaches,it is found that the ratio of gender and age of coaches is relatively balanced in terms of basic information;Educational background distribution is reasonable;The years of teaching are mainly 6-10 years.The coach’s income is low and the incentive guarantee is insufficient.In terms of the selection of coaches,mainly open recruitment for the society,highlighting the principle of fairness and openness;Focus on individual sports experience and coaching achievements,reference factors to diversify.In the aspect of coach training,the training organization unit is dominated by the government,supplemented by the social unit;The training form is mainly offline training,but online training is insufficient.In the aspect of coach assessment,the content of assessment is dominated by competitive results,and comprehensive evaluation is lacking.The overall satisfaction of the coaches to the assessment is low and needs to be improved.(2)The influencing factors of the training quality of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province were studied by means of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and 20 influencing factors were reduced in dimension by principal component analysis.A total of 5 common factors were extracted,with a cumulative explanatory variance of 65.468%.The five common factors are named as social security factor,management system factor,government support factor,cultivation environment factor and core literacy factor.(3)Combined with the development status of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province and the results of influencing factors on training quality,the practical problems affecting the improvement of training quality of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province are put forward.In terms of social security,coaches’ salaries are generally low and lack of stability;Vague career development path and limited promotion opportunities;The social security system for coaches needs to be improved.At the management system level,the management system is rigid,and the training system needs to be improved.Lack of incentives and safeguards;The training content is not systematic enough,and the training way is single.At the level of government support,the government lacks sufficient investment and support for the promotion and popularization of badminton.The government lacks long-term planning and investment in the development of badminton coaches;The government is not enough to support the career development of badminton coaches.In terms of training environment,the professional status of badminton coaches needs to be improved;Lack of relevant advanced equipment and technical support;Lack of training mechanism and platform in line with internationalization.In the aspect of core quality,the knowledge system of coaches needs to be improved;The coaches work under great pressure and their mental health is easily affected.The professional moral concept of coaches needs to be strengthened;Lack of comprehensive skills of coaches;The self-promotion consciousness of coaches needs to be enhanced.(4)Aiming at the deficiencies in the current development status of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province and the practical problems affecting factors to improve the training quality,this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the training quality of badminton coaches in Sichuan Province.Including perfect reward incentive policy system to provide realistic guarantee for the training of badminton coaches;Establish a perfect management system for badminton coach training to do a good overall planning;The government provides active guidance and macro-control for the training of badminton coaches;Multi-subject joint efforts to optimize the training environment of badminton coaches;Badminton coaches constantly improve themselves and enhance their core qualities. |
