With the promotion of tourism industry in the development of national economy and the scarcity of a large number of tourism talents,more and more secondary vocational schools in China have set up tourism-related majors,of which about 60 secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province have set up tourism majors,which have been providing a large number of tourism professionals for the society.Shandong Province is a pilot area for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.Tourism,as a pillar industry of economic development at the present stage,should also carry out development planning in accordance with the requirements of high-standard development of the industry.From the old kinetic energy to the new kinetic energy,it means that tourism products are more refined and tourism services are more refined.Therefore,the development of new tourism requires the skills and service standards of first-line tour guides are constantly improving.Secondary vocational school is an important place for training first-line tour guides.For this reason,several secondary vocational schools in our province specialize in tour guide service,focusing on training first-line tour guides with high professional skills and language skills.However,the turnover rate and mobility of tour guides are relatively high,which has a certain relationship with students' professional identity.Improving the identity of tour guides and service majors is of great practical significance for retaining tour guides and creating excellent tour guides.At present,there are mature studies on the professional identity of students majoring in Tourism Management in higher education,but there are few studies on the professional identity of students majoring in tourism sub-categories in secondary vocational schools,which enriches the content of the study on the professional identity of students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools.In order to radiate the professional identity of the students majoring in tour guide service in Shandong Province,so as to improve the professional identity level of the students majoring in tour guide service.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the professional identity of the students majoring in tour guide service in Shandong secondary vocational schools,the author made an understanding of the secondary vocational schools with tourism majors in Shandong Province,and recorded the schools with tour guide service majors.The students of Senior One,Senior Two and Senior Three of the three schools were selected as the research objects,and the professional identity of the students was investigated by means of questionnaires.The analysis results show that the professional identity of the students majoring in tour guide service is at the middle level,and it has a certain relationship with grade,whether they are student unions or class cadres,and their academic performance.This paper sets up an open interview syllabus,carries out in-depth interviews with students from three schools,and uses Atlas.ti software to analyze the interview data.It draws four factors that affect the professional identity of students majoring in tour guide service.The main factors are: self-factors,family factors,school factors and social factors.Each factor contains specific impact indicators,and aims at specific factors.The influencing factors put forward 14 suggestions to enhance the professional identity of students majoring in tour guide service.Due to the large number of secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province and the imperfect website settings of some schools,some of the research materials are missing,which may lead to insufficient scope of the research object.However,the selection of Jinan Third Vocational Secondary School,Jinan Business School and Yantai Tourism School as the research object has certain representativeness,and the research methods need to be further improved.
