A Study On The Entrepreneurship Of College Students In Dongsheng District Of Ordos Under The Strategic Of Mass Innovation And Entrepreneurship

In particular,the state encourages mass entrepreneurship and innovation,Dongsheng District of Ordos has followed the policy of "innovation leads entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship drives industry",and relies on regional entrepreneurial resources to encourage outstanding college students and young talents in the region to devote themselves to the second entrepreneurship in Ordos.In order to promote the innovation-driven transformation,fundamentally solve the structural employment contradictions in the region.How to mobilize college students’ enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship,improve the quality of college students’ entrepreneurship,and provide college students with complete entrepreneurial services has become an important topic now.This article takes entrepreneurs from young college students in Dongsheng District as the research object,based on entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial process theory,combined service-oriented government theory,using literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,summarize the characteristics and trends of entrepreneurship among young college students in the new era.Take the actual situation in Dongsheng District as an example,analyze the outstanding problems and reasons encountered in their entrepreneurship,and put forward targeted policy recommendations.Summarizing the full text,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Status of Entrepreneurship of College Students in Dongsheng District: Analyze the entrepreneurial environment in Dongsheng District from the perspective of policy,economic,social,and technical support,and comprehensively reflect the characteristics of college student entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial results,and entrepreneurial environment.Entrepreneurs from college students in Dongsheng District have better basic environment support for entrepreneurship,sufficient funds,policy-driven entrepreneurial willingness,less entrepreneurial practical experience,insufficient grasp of entrepreneurial information,weak risk-taking awareness,and low added value of the entrepreneurial industry.The scale of entrepreneurship is generally small,and satisfaction with the policy environment is high.(2)Dongsheng District students start facing prominent problems: lack of personal preparation,industrial value-added industries to enhance the small,weak anti-risk capability,scale,standardized management capacity is weak.(3)In response to the questions raised by college students in Dongsheng District,the following five suggestions are given: one is to optimize the youth entrepreneurship training system;the second is to strengthen the construction of the entrepreneurial industry;the third is to broaden the financing channels for college students’ entrepreneurship;the fourth is to improve the quality of digital entrepreneurial resources;It is to strengthen propaganda and guide the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship.
