| In order to survive and develop in a complex economic environment,the competition in my country’s banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The business scope of all kinds of banks is getting wider and wider,the assessment indicators are getting heavier,the financial service requirements are getting higher,and the work intensity is getting higher and higher.These conditions have led to increasing pressure on the banking staff and aroused all kinds of psychology and physiological problems.Therefore,it is necessary to help bank employees relieve pressure.This article adopts the action research method to help the employees of a certain branch through the group work method,and summarizes and refines the operating rules of group work to relieve the work pressure of the bank employees.The study found that,first,group members as the center is the foundation of group work to carry out services.It is not only reflected in the fact that social workers must respect and accept team members in the service process,but also in that social workers must work hard to solve the problems of team members.Second,identifying and correcting bank employees’ misperceptions is a breakthrough to alleviate bank employees’ pressure.Social workers should attach great importance to identifying and correcting bank employees’ misperceptions.Third,improving the willingness and skills of bank employees to communicate will help ease the work pressure of bank employees.Because of interpersonal tension will bring pressure to bank employees.Fourth,helping bank employees to form reasonable psychological expectations will help ease the work pressure of bank employees.Fifth,enriching the decompression methods of bank employees is an important measure to relieve the pressure of bank employees.Sixth,the bank as an employer should strive to improve the working environment of its employees and arrange the workload in a reasonable manner.Seventh,banks also need to attach great importance to the role of social work and establish close cooperative relations with social work agencies. |
