In recent years,the party,government,and civil affairs departments have put forward higher requirements for the self-construction of social work,and social work has increasingly shown its important role in social governance,social construction,and people’s livelihfdsood wofrk.As the mafdin body and sedfrvice provdfider of social work,social workfers play an irreplacfeable role in social work.The core value concept of social work helps others to help themselves determines that the professional happiness of social workers not only affects the work itself,but also affects the service.The process and the service object have an impact.Only by improving the professional well-being of social workers,can social workers better participate in people’s livelihood security,grassroots social governance,and basic people’s livelihood services,the quality of social work services will be improved,the construction of social work talents,and social work Get a lot of development.Based on this background,this article explores the professional well-being of social workers,trying to introduce the variables of individual-organization matching,organizational self-esteem,and family support from the individual,organization,and family levels,and construct a regulated mediation model of different levels.In order to explore the mechanism of social workers’ professional well-being,first of all,the authaor read a lot of literatdure in the eaarly stasage,and conducasted research on the concepts and definitions,measurement and dimensions of personal-organization matching,professional well-being,organizational self-esteem,family support,and related research.In addition,this article sorts out the related research on the two variables in the past research and makes the research hypothesis of this article,and selects the mature scale with high reliability and validity from the previous research as the measurement tool of this article.Secondly,this research proposes a research model based on self-determination theory.In the view of self-determination theory,a positive external environment can enhance an individual’s internal motivation and promote the internalization of external motivation.For social work,the degree of matching between the individual social worker and the social work organization exists as an external environmental factor.When the degree of individual-organization matching is high,it means that the social worker and the organization’s values ??are more closely aligned,and the social work organization or organization can Provide social workers with personal needs and social workers with the ability elements needed by the organization.At this time,the basic psychological needs of social workers are better satisfied,their internal motivations are enhanced,and they tend to think that they are indispensable to the organization As a member,the organizational self-esteem is improved,and the external motivation of social workers is also enhanced.At this time,social workers will increase their work investment and increase their emotional investment in work in order to maintain this high organizational self-esteem.Therefore,social workers Their professional well-being also improves.In general,individual-organization matching can enhance the motivation of work engagement by satisfying the three basic psychological needs of the social worker body,thereby having an impact on the professional well-being of social workers.This study designed a questionnaire based on the existing mature scale,conducted a questiasonnaire survaey of 288 social workers in Chengdu,and used sstatistical software sucxh as SPSS21.0,PROCESS3.3 and AMOS23.0 to analyze the data,Obtained the following conclusions:(1)Individual-organization has a significant positive impact on the professional well-being of social workers,and the three dimensions of individual-oarganization matching,namely value matching,demand-supply matching,and demand-ability matching have an effect on occupation Well-being has a significant positive impact.In addition,personal-organization matching has a significant positive impact on the five dimensions of professional well-being,namely work motivation,occupational health,job satisfaction,emotional exhaustion,and interpersonal support;(2)individuals-Organizational matching has a significant positive impact on organiszational self-esteem;(3)Organizational self-esteem has a significant positive ixmpact on the professional well-being of social workers;(4)Organizational self-esteem is in personal-organizational matching and social workers’ professional well-being Part of the intasermediary role;(5)Family support positively regulates the relaasstionship between orgaxsnizational self-esteem and professional well-being of social workers,that is,the higher the family support,the stronger the positive impact of organizational self-esteem on social workers’ professional well-being,and vice versa(6)Family support positively regulates the mediating effect of organizational self-esteem on individual-organization matching and social worker’s professional well-being,that is,the higher the family support,the greater the organizational self-esteem on individual-organization matching and the professional happiness of social workers The stronger the mediating role of feelings,and vice versa.Finally,based on the above research,this article mainly focuses on the three variables of personal-organization matching,organizational self-esteem and family support to improve the professional happiness of social workers from the three levels of individual,family and organization.The following suggestions are made:(1)Managers of social work organizations should pay attention to improving the degree of personal-organization matching.(2)Managers of social work organizations should pay attention to the positive role of organizational self-esteem in improving employees’ professional well-being.(3)Social workers should communicate well with their families and win their support at work.(4)Social workers should pay attention to the degree of matching between individuals and their social organizations.(5)Social workers should strive to maintain a high level of organizational self-esteem.(6)The family of social workers should give social workers more recognition,understanding and support.
