In recent years,the phenomenon of job burnout has become a problem that educational researchers and administrators attach great importance to.Faced with the increasing demands of preschool teachers and the increasing professional level of preschool teachers,their job burnout is not only influenced by social and personal aspects,but also by organizational factors.As a part of organizational factors,the matching between kindergarten teachers and kindergarten teachers is out of touch,which may lead to the burnout of kindergarten teachers.In order to further explore the mechanism of kindergarten teachers’ humanorganization matching on job burnout,this study takes kindergarten teachers in Henan Province as a sample,and introduces the variable of job satisfaction on the basis of studying the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ human-organization matching and job burnout,so as to investigate the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ human-organization matching and job burnout.This study refers to the MBI-ES scale compiled by Maslash for educators and the Teacher’s Job Satisfaction Questionnaire compiled by Lu Guoguang of Northwest Normal University,and adopts the Person-Organization Matching Scale compiled by scholars Cable and Derue,in which some individual words of the questionnaire are adjusted to be more suitable for preschool teachers.In this study,637 preschool teachers in Zhengzhou,Xinxiang and Kaifeng of Henan Province were selected for questionnaire survey,and some teachers were interviewed.The research results are as follows:1.Person-organization matching of kindergarten teachers is negatively correlated with teachers’ job burnout,which can negatively predict teachers’ job burnout;There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’ person-organization fit and job satisfaction,which can positively predict teachers’ job burnout.There is a significant negative correlation between preschool teachers’ job burnout and job satisfaction,which can negatively predict job satisfaction.2.Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ personorganization matching and job burnout.According to the above content,this study puts forward suggestions from the government,education departments and kindergartens.First,kindergartens should increase teacher training opportunities;Second,kindergartens should improve the matching degree of demand and supply;Third,the education department should adjust the salary level;Fourth,kindergartens should reasonably improve the promotion and promotion system;Fifth,the government should vigorously support private kindergartens.
