In 2019,the State Council issued a circular on China’s vocational education reform plan,which pointed out that vocational education and general education,although different in type,have the same status in the overall education field,and made clear the important role of vocational education in building China’s education modernization system.But at present our country’s vocational education development is not perfect,especially since the reform and opening,in the social and economic development professionals need to support,under the condition of vocational education in the face of China’s construction of modernization education power,build a modern economic system so that higher requirements,showed more problems to be solved,these problems requires that we must strengthen the vocational education,vigorously develop vocational education,vocational education in the more important position.The research content of this paper includes case teaching method and modern enterprise management course in secondary vocational school.First of all,case teaching method,as a teaching method supported by cases,emphasizes more on students’ subjectivity in the classroom,while teachers play the role of teaching designers and motivators to appropriately guide students.Second,the modern enterprise management in secondary vocational schools in as a secondary professional foundation course of administration,its covering content is very extensive,including the basic principle of modern enterprise management,modern enterprise strategy management,modern enterprise resource management,management of modern enterprise production technology,modern enterprise information management,modern enterprise management laws and regulations such as the content module.Through the study of relevant contents,students can master the basic knowledge of modern enterprise management and realize a preliminary understanding of enterprise management.At present,in the course of Modern Business Management in secondary vocational schools,the application of case teaching method still needs to be optimized.First of all,secondary vocational students lack a process of developing problems and solving problems independently in the case,so that the case teaching method in the secondary vocational "modern enterprise management" course did not play all the advantages of the effect.Secondly,in the course of "Modern Business Management" in secondary vocational schools,there is a lack of detailed teaching design based on case teaching method,which leads to the imperfect application effect and imperfect implementation process of case teaching method in the course of "Modern Business Management" in secondary vocational schools.Against this background,this research through the case teaching in secondary vocational schools in course of the modern enterprise management the concrete teaching design application to explore,strive to do more case teaching in the course of edge effect,improve the implementation process,the modern enterprise management to improve secondary vocational school curriculum quality of teaching,improve teaching effect.This study consists of six parts: First,it introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research methods of this paper.Secondly,the relevant concepts of case teaching method are defined,and the relevant theoretical basis is discussed.Next,the feasibility of case teaching method in the course of "Modern Business Management" in secondary vocational schools was analyzed in detail,including the investigation of the current teaching situation,the relevant questionnaire analysis,and the feasibility analysis based on the survey results.On this basis,this article carries on the detailed teaching design to the research course,including the detailed description of the course,the design of the specific course content,the design of the teaching process and so on.Then carry on the practical effect test of the specific chapter,obtain the relevant experimental results and carry on the analysis.Finally,make a detailed summary and analysis of the overall content. |
