Modern apprenticeship in the development of China’s vocational education reform has obtained the good effect,the current many vocational schools are also push forward the modern apprenticeship,has to solve the students’ employment rate of oral confession,"skilled worker shortage" of the enterprise,the school talents demand does not match with the enterprise,has prepared a large number of practical talents for the society,promotes the economic transformation and sustainable development of industry of our country.From the pilot and practice of apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools for many years,its positive effect is obvious to all,and it plays an important role in the comprehensive development of the theory and practice,knowledge and skills of students in secondary vocational schools.However,in practice,the effective integration between schools and enterprises,mentors and students(apprentices)has not been truly achieved,and some incentives need to be adopted to encourage enterprises to participate and play their due role.Taking N vocational school as an example,this paper takes the research on Modern Apprenticeship at home and abroad,the definition,basic characteristics and elements analysis of modern apprenticeship,external effect theory,stakeholder theory and information asymmetry theory as theoretical guidance.This paper studies the current situation of modern apprenticeship training in N vocational school from the aspects of students’ understanding of modern apprenticeship,training objectives,training specifications,teaching contents,management system and evaluation methods,and analyzes the existing problems in modern apprenticeship training in N vocational school.Some students do not understand modern apprenticeship,and there are differences in training objectives between schools and enterprises.Students have different opinions on students-There are some problems such as the poor adaptability of apprentice’s dual identity,the low level of teachers’ resources and teaching,the unreasonable setting of curriculum and practice,the lack of attention to modern apprenticeship by enterprises,the imperfect supervision and evaluation system,etc.the reasons are that the interests of school and enterprise are not consistent,the enthusiasm of all parties is not easy to mobilize,there is competition among enterprises,the unreasonable way of teachers’ training,the backward way of school and enterprise management,and the imperfect relevant policies Wait.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the modern apprenticeship system in N vocational school,such as strengthening the publicity of the modern apprenticeship system,coordinating the construction of students’ dual identity,strengthening teachers’ teaching and training,implementing the school enterprise cooperation,improving the school enterprise teaching mode,adding the degree of talent vocational education,and improving the relevant policies.In order to better explore and establish the modern apprenticeship system,it is necessary to sort out the current practice and review and summarize the implementation process,and find out the perfect countermeasures for some problems in the implementation process of apprenticeship system in secondary vocational schools,so as to make them sustainable and healthy development.
