In recent years,vocational and technical education has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The case teaching method takes some typical cases as the starting point,adopts group discussion,independent thinking and other methods,and takes knowledge learning,inquiry ability and cooperation ability improvement as teaching methods.Various disciplines in primary education regard case teaching as an important teaching method,which plays an active role in mobilizing students ’enthusiasm,consolidating knowledge,and expanding students’ thinking.In order to improve the core literacy of students,Lhasa No.2Secondary Vocational Technical School(hereinafter referred to as Lhasa Second Vocational)has carried out teaching and research work on teaching modes and teaching methods.The school uses case teaching method in the teaching activities of housekeeping major,but it is affected by traditional teaching methods.The application efficiency of case teaching method is relatively low,which is quite different from the current case teaching requirements.There are many compulsory courses for the housekeeping major.These courses involve the housekeeping services and management,daily care,etc.They are the basic skills that must be mastered in carrying out the housekeeping work.By carrying out these course learning activities,you can help students understand thetheoretical knowledge,master the housekeeping management ability and related skills to enable students to form a housekeeping service thinking and improve the professional quality of students.This article analyzes the application of case teaching method in the teaching of housekeeping major,in order to explore the role of case teaching method in teaching practice activities,to ensure that students can have a deep understanding of this teaching method,and to help secondary vocational teachers improve the teaching level.This research topic consists of theoretical analysis and practical research.In terms of theoretical analysis,according to the current development of education,it analyzes the application of case teaching methods in vocational education and housekeeping major teaching,introduces the development of case teaching methods,and explains the application of case teaching methods in vocational education.Analyze the application conditions of this teaching method.In the field of practical research,interviews,questionnaires and other methods were used to analyze the situation of Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational Technical School application of case teaching method in the teaching of housekeeping major.First of all,the use of case teaching methods to carry out classroom teaching activities can strengthen the interactive communication between various subjects;create a good classroom atmosphere and mobilizestudents’ enthusiasm for learning;can improve the professional learning level of students and ensure that students have a deeper understanding of housekeeping majors understanding,improve students’ inquiry ability.Students’ recognition of this teaching method is high,and teachers can use this method to carry out teaching activities to successfully achieve the teaching goals.Secondly,when conducting research work,organize students to participate in self-evaluation activities,in order to understand the results achieved by applying case teaching method in the teaching of housekeeping major.Through analysis,it is found that applying case teaching method to carry out teaching activities can enhance the subjectivity of students and help improve the teaching level of teachers.Finally,after analyzing the situation of applying the case teaching method of Lhasa No.2 Secondary Vocational Technical School to carry out the teaching of housekeeping major,through the questionnaire analysis and analysis of some existing problems and proposing solutions,I hope to help the school improve the teaching level of housekeeping major and cultivate more home economics for the society Serve talent.
