Nowadays,with the deepening of world multi-polarization and economic globalization.,the increasingly fierce competition among various countries is the competition for talents in the final analysis.The structure of human capital affects the industrial and economic structure,and the comprehensive quality of human capital also has a profound impact on the level of economic development and national competitiveness.In 2015,the party and the state put forward the strategic thought of "supply-side reform"timely in response to the situation of the sustained economic downturn and the gradual loss of demographic dividend in China at that time.The reform of macroeconomic society will inevitably promote the reform of the structure of education supply-side.Secondary vocational education,which occupies a fundamental position in the national education system,is much more relevant to economic and social development than other types of education.Under the background of educational supply-side refom.secondary vocational education needs to adapt its specialty and curriculum setting in time according to the changes of market demands,enhance the integration of production and teaching,as well as the cooperation between school and corporation,build up long-term cooperation system with corporations in the process of talent cultivation,and set up effective management and evaluation system,so as to overcome the contradictions between talent supply and demand,ensure supply quality and efficiency,cultivate more high-quality labors and technicians.In this way,it tends to promote the orderly shift of rural surplus labors,improve the income of under-and-middle labors,make human resource structure comply with the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and then provide powerful support to make China a country rich in human resources.Therefore,in the current constantly promoting supply-side structural reform,secondary vocational education should have taken the initiative to undertake the arduous task of creating more demographic dividends for the country.However,at present,the talent training structure of secondary vocational education is out of line with the social and market demand,and there are practical problems such as "shortage of skilled workers" and "structural unemployment",which illustrates that the supply structure of secondary vocational education is unbalanced,the quality of supply is not high,and the efficiency of supply is low.It is urgent for the country to train more high-quality skilled talents to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of economic structure through supply-side reform.Based on the theory of human capital and strategic alliance,this paper investigates and studies several representative training modes of secondary vocational education by means of questionnaires,interviews and comparative research methods and so on.All the interviewees of questionnaire are from the main talent cultivation model of secondary vocational education("2+1" model,"2+0.5+0.5" model.,and "ordering model,etc).And then,it applies statistic software to recollect questionnaires and make a statistic analysis.In order to ensure the completion of the research result and content,the research also makes an interview to five school leaders and ten teachers of five secondary vocational schools.Based on the results of questionnaire and interview,it finds out that there are following problems in the talent cultivation of most vocational schools:unclear cultivation purpose,unreasonable cultivation process,uncomplete cultivation system,and absent industry participation in cultivation evaluation,etc.These problems will directly affect the quality and efficiency of the supply of secondary vocational education talents.It also has an impact on the transformation and upgrading of human capital structure.Subsequently,through the analysis of the training objectives,training process,training system and training evaluation of the four major vocational education modes in developed countries(Germany's "dual system" mode,British BTEC mode,Australian TAFE mode and North Amer-ican CBE mode).What's more.,it also refers to the developmental trend of this four vocational education models,and then summarizes their successful experiences and enlightenments of secondary vocational education personnel training mode.With the increasingly:fierce international competition,the present foreign talent cultivation models are impossible to meet the requirements of China's current situations for economic and social development and reform.Therefore,the thesis focuses on the new requirements and new challenges that educational supply-side reform raises,makes a comprehensive research about the current talent cultivation and four foreign vocational education models,and finally propose suggestions for China's secondary vocational talent cultivation model and developmental trend under the background of educational supply-side reform.
