| Happiness is the life goal that everyone has been striving for,and it is also an important topic studied by scholars both at home and abroad.From those research results,personal feeling will be affected by their concept of individual happiness,and the perception of happiness can be cultivated through education.The students in secondary vocational schools in China are at the stage of “jointing and booting stages”.There are relatively many psychological conflicts.And the ability to distinguish is still insufficient.It is easy to be lost when they pursue happiness.It will be difficult to understand the accurate meaning of happiness.As the main force of social development in the future,their level of happiness will reflect the whole level of social happiness.Therefore,educating students of secondary vocational education is not only a key to improve their physical and mental development,but also an effective way to correct their outlook on the world,life and values.It is also a seed for students to bury their true,good and beautiful,and guide students to buckle the first button of their lives.The purpose of this paper is to research whether or not the happiness education will affect students’ well-being and how to improve it by happiness education in the perspective of the supply-side structural reform theory.Taking the demand for happiness of secondary vocational students and the supply of happiness education as the research object,the relationship between supply and demand and the difference of students’ happiness under different independent variables are the research contents,and using questionnaire survey and interview to explore the education of happiness and the students’ sense of well-being of five secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou.On this basis,it analyzes the influence of the supply subject,content and atmosphere on the happiness of students.According to the survey results,there is a positive correlation between happiness education and happiness,and the students’ happiness is different in these factors such as the profession,the gender,the grade,the role of class leader,boarding or not,the monthly consumption level and parenting style,etc.There are mainly three aspects of problems: the imbalance between the supply and demand of happiness concept education,the imperfect internal structure ofhappiness education and the deviation of students’ individual happiness.Relying on the "supply-side structural reform" and the theories of positive psychology and humanistic education,it puts forward suggestions on improving the education of school happiness and improving students’ happiness: as the main front and supplier of happiness education,schools should combine the characteristics of psychological development of their students,cultivate enough professional teachers,improve the methods of teaching and curriculum evaluation,optimize the educational environment of the school,family and society,set reasonable content of happiness education.At the same time,as the demand side,the students ought to improve their mental qualities and attitudes towards life,foster good interpersonal relationships,and lay the foundation for creating more happiness through continuous efforts and struggles. |
