| Under the background of Internet economy,Chinese women’s entrepreneurship is booming.But they are bound by social discrimination and family responsibilities.Used the 2016 China Labor Force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)data to explore the impact of human capital,family endowments,and entrepreneurial environment on women’s entrepreneurship.Research has found that human capital,family endowments and entrepreneurial environment are conducive to stimulating women’s entrepreneurial willingness and improving women’s entrepreneurial performance.However,the different dimensions of human capital,family endowment,and entrepreneurial environment have obvious differences in the effects of women’s entrepreneurship.Specifically,in terms of human capital,the higher the level of education,the greater the possibility that women will start a business,and the higher the business income and job satisfaction;mastering language skills only has a significant positive impact on women’s entrepreneurial willingness;Good physical condition can exert a positive effect on health,which obviously helps women to carry out entrepreneurial activities and increase entrepreneurial income and job satisfaction.In terms of family endowments,family human capital can significantly increase women’s entrepreneurial willingness,but it cannot affect entrepreneurial income and job satisfaction;the richer the family’s economic capital,the greater the likelihood of women’s entrepreneurial willingness,and the higher the entrepreneurial income and job satisfaction.Family social capital only has a significant positive impact on women’s entrepreneurial income.In terms of the entrepreneurial environment,the more the government encourages entrepreneurship,the more likely it is for women to start a business,and the more it can increase women’s entrepreneurial income and job satisfaction.In addition,human capital,family endowments,and the impact of women’s entrepreneurship on different individuals and regional characteristics also showed significant differences,while the entrepreneurial environment did not show any significant differences.In order to promote women’s entrepreneurship,at the level of human capital,women should actively exercise their bodies,study entrepreneurship education and other training courses,and strengthen language skills learning.At the level of family endowment,women should maintain and develop family social capital based on blood relationship;family members should take the initiative to share housework and provide family resource support and emotional care;government departments should build policies that are “good for the family”.At the level of entrepreneurial environment,the government should issue improved support policies,strengthen policy support for women’s entrepreneurial financing,and create a fair,just and open financial market order.At the same time,multiple departments work together to promote the sharing of female entrepreneurial resources among different regions and achieve high-quality development of female entrepreneurship. |
