Research On The Implementation Status And Countermeasures Of "Small Basketball Development Plan" In Zhengzhou City

In order to promote the development of basketball in China,improve the basketball reserve talent system and popularize campus basketball in an all-round way,in 2016,the Ministry of Education decided to select and build a number of school basketball characteristic schools nationwide.Subsequently,in November2017,the China Basketball Association,with the support of many departments,implemented the "small basketball development plan" nationwide.Henan Province is identified as one of 11 national campus basketball pilot units,while Zhengzhou city is one of the first batch of experimental areas of campus basketball in Henan Province.A total of 62 primary and secondary schools are named as pilot schools,of which 29 primary schools and 12 are in the urban area.This paper investigates 12 small schools with basketball characteristics in Zhengzhou city.According to the relevant requirements in the basic standard of national school with campus basketball characteristics,the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of "small basketball development plan" of the school with campus basketball characteristics in Zhengzhou City,explores the problems existing in the process of development,and puts forward corresponding solutions and countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows1.most schools of small basketball teaching in Zhengzhou City campus basketball characteristic primary school meet the relevant requirements put forward by the Ministry of education of the People’s Republic of China.Some schools have not properly selected teaching contents and methods,and the teaching evaluation and evaluation indexes are not comprehensive,and further supplement and improvement are needed.2.basketball characteristics in Zhengzhou City are high,which provides good software guarantee for each pilot school to carry out small basketball sports.In the aspect of training special talents,although the quantity has met the requirements of relevant national regulations,it still cannot meet the needs of grass-roots basketball teachers,And the division of the staff involved in campus basketball is not detailed,which is not conducive to the development of small basketball in the future.3.in Zhengzhou City,in the aspect of carrying out small basketball competition,the group activities and sports competitions are coordinated.Most of the pilot schools will hold small basketball games or sports festivals regularly,and establish interest groups,clubs and clubs of small basketball.The Joint Sports Bureau of the Education Bureau actively implements the integration of physical education,integrates various kinds of youth sports leagues at all levels,such as the campus League and the school passing League of Henan Province,establishes a system of youth basketball events in different sections and regions,and actively participates in national competitions by taking advantage of the time of students’ summer and cold holidays.4.most of the facilities used in the teaching of small basketball in the primary school with campus basketball characteristics in Zhengzhou city basically meet the needs of small basketball teaching and training.Some schools are limited by the reasons of the venue.The size of equipment and facilities is still the size of the standard basketball training field.Only a few primary schools are still lack of equipment and facilities mentioned in the standard basketball training field because of their remote geographical location.
