Research On The Countermeasures Of Basketball Development In Primary Schools Of Guangzhou Under The Background Of Small Basketball Development Plan

On November 20,2017,the Chinese Basketball Association held the small Basketball Development Plan and the launching ceremony of the Little Basketball League in Beijing,and issued the small Basketball rules.The introduction of small basketball development plan not only meets the needs of young children to participate in basketball,but also promotes the growth of children’s physical and mental health.At the same time,it also compacts the Taki for the selection of basketball reserve talents in our country.Basketball project is one of the sports items that pupils in Guangzhou are most willing to participate in,it is an important teaching content in physical education teaching of primary school,and it is also a sports way to develop students’ physical health in an all-round way.In this paper,the development of primary school basketball in Guangzhou as the research object,using the literature method,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,field investigation and other research methods to investigate the development of primary school basketball in Guangzhou.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of basketball development in primary schools in Guangzhou under the background of the development plan of small basketball.The research results show that:The main contents are as follows:(1)basketball has a broad mass base in guangzhou and is one of the most popular sports for primary and middle school students.These conditions are the important premise to ensure the smooth development of campus basketball.(2)the education department does not give enough support to the promotion of small basketball,and the distribution of special funds for "campus basketball" is unbalanced.(3)the proportion of the number of physical education teachers in primary schools in guangzhou basically meets the standard,and the educational background and professional titles of physical education teachers meet the needs of physical education teaching in primary schools.(4)guangzhou primary school leaders pay insufficient attention to campus basketball,which has a single way to promote campus basketball culture and insufficient influence.(5)the proportion of male and female basketball teams in the school is out of balance,and the sense of organizing participation is not strong.(6)since the introduction of "rules for small basketball",most primary schools in guangzhou have not adjusted their basketball venues properly,and have not purchased proper small basketball racks,teaching and training equipment and other facilities.Most primary schools have enough small basketball.Existing site equipment safety factors,lack of security.In view of the current situation of basketball development in primary schools in guangzhou and the existing deficiencies,the corresponding development countermeasures are proposed,which are as follows:(1)the education department should support the promotion of small basketball and increase the special investment of "campus basketball".(2)school leaders attach importance to the development of campus basketball and enrich the publicity channels of campus basketball culture.(3)establish a grading system for young basketball players.(4)carry out special training for teachers of small basketball and improve the curriculum system of small basketball.(5)improve the construction of the school’s basketball team and enhance the sense of participation.(6)appropriately increase the proportion of basketball lessons in physical education,and strengthen the guidance of extracurricular basketball activities.(7)improve equipment and facilities of small basketball courts,strengthen risk management and prevent safety problems.
