Research On The Development Of Little Basketball In Luzhou City Under The Background Of "Little Basketball Plan"

In the stage of basic education,students’ physical health has become the focus of social attention.There are many problems such as high rate of obesity,declining physical quality and weak motor function.In the context of the epidemic and the "three reduction" policy,more and more people realize the importance of sports.Primary school is a critical period to cultivate students’ behavior habits in all aspects.In 2017,the Chinese Basketball Association put forward the "Little Basketball Development Plan",which is mainly aimed at children and adolescents and conforms to the law of physical and mental development of children and adolescents.Little basketball is a sport with competitive,healthy,entertaining,confrontational and interesting value.It plays a great role in promoting children’s physique,children’s health and the Chinese basketball career.Based on the "Little Basketball Plan" released by the Chinese Basketball Association in 2017,this paper takes the development status of little basketball in Luzhou City as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interviews to investigate the development status of little basketball in Luzhou City.This paper conducts an in-depth study on Luzhou Little Basketball League,little basketball system guarantee,campus little basketball and the development status of little basketball in social clubs,explores the problems existing in the development of little basketball in Luzhou,and then puts forward development strategies according to the problems.The results are as follows:(1)The number of minor basketball leagues in Luzhou is low,and the proportion of male and female athletes is unbalanced;As for the system guarantee of small basketball players,the study of "Small Basketball Rules" is not deep enough,and the practical application is not flexible enough.The "Chinese Small Basketball Players Hierarchy System" has not been implemented in Luzhou yet.The investigation on the development of campus basketball in Luzhou City,from students,teachers,teaching,court equipment and parents and other aspects of the investigation,it is found that students’ understanding of basketball is only superficial,teachers are not rich in the teaching experience of this new sport,the teaching content is scattered and random,parents know little about basketball.The hardware facilities of small basketball sports in schools are in short supply;The investigation on the development of basketball club in Luzhou City,the qualification of the establishment of the club and the situation of the club coaches are investigated.It is concluded that the teaching conditions of the club are good,many teaching venues are indoor,and teaching props are abundant.However,in the process of development,the level of the coaching team is uneven,the team is unstable and the internal management of the club is loose and not systematic.(2)There are problems in the system guarantee of minor basketball leagues and minor basketball clubs on campus.The sports atmosphere of small basketball is not good,and the way of understanding is single;Small basketball teachers weak,lack of hardware facilities;Related departments pay less attention to the lack of institutional protection;Basketball course time proportion is small,teaching method is solidified;Club coaching team scattered,loose management system.(3)Put forward promotion strategies for the development of small basketball in Luzhou City.The first is to enrich the propaganda way of small basketball,improve the atmosphere of small basketball;Second,strengthen the improvement of relevant departments’ policies to ensure the operation of small basketball system;The third is to strengthen the construction of teachers,add small basketball courses;Fourth,optimize the teaching system of small basketball to increase students’ participation enthusiasm;Fifth,improve the hardware facilities of small basketball,strengthen risk management and prevention;Sixth,improve the management mode of club coaches and establish the training system of coaches.
