Based on the OBE results-oriented concept,the research takes the core literacy of students majoring in physical education as the research object and the students majoring in physical education as the investigation object,and studies the construction of the core literacy index system of students majoring in physical education under the OBE concept.Determine the core literacy indicator system of students majoring in physical education under the OBE concept by Delphi method,and determine the weight of indicators at all levels by AHP analytic hierarchy process,and analyze the importance of indicators at all levels of the core literacy indicator system.Finally,on the basis of the constructed indicators,all the three-level indicators in the student literacy evaluation index system are compiled into a questionnaire,which is distributed to the students majoring in physical education in 10 universities,including Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,Tianjin Normal University,Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Qufu Normal University,Shandong Normal University,Qingdao University,Yantai University,Liaocheng University,etc,This paper investigates the current situation of the core literacy of college students majoring in physical education,and verifies the core literacy index system of students majoring in physical education under the OBE concept.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The core literacy evaluation index system for students majoring in physical education under the OBE concept of this study consists of four secondary indicators,namely,physical education knowledge and skills,teaching practice ability,social adaptability,and professional literacy,and 49 tertiary indicators,including basic theories of physical education,and sports technical actions.(2)Among the four secondary indicators at the criterion level,the highest weighting coefficient is teaching practice ability,followed by professional literacy,with sports knowledge and skills ranking third,and finally social adaptability.The indicators with higher weighting values at the scheme level include basic theory of sports discipline,sports technical actions,comprehensive education ability,sports event organization,organization of teaching activities,sports knowledge innovation,sports teaching method innovation Teachers’ code of conduct,professional ethics,etc.(3)The core literacy evaluation index system for students majoring in physical education based on the OBE concept established by analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method comprehensively reflects the comprehensive literacy required by current students majoring in physical education in four aspects: sports knowledge and skills,teaching practice ability,and social adaptability,providing a more feasible goal and direction for the cultivation of students majoring in physical education at school.On the basis of the above research,it is proposed to optimize the curriculum content of physical education specialty and adjust the curriculum setting;Change the traditional teaching evaluation model and establish a curriculum multiple evaluation system;Suggestions such as improving the pertinence of teaching objectives and increasing the applicability of courses are expected to provide reference for the improvement of core literacy of students majoring in physical education through research.
