| This article takes the construction and demonstration of the practical ability index system of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training as the research object,and uses the Delphi method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis as the subject of physical education training master graduate student survey law.Constructed an index system for the practical ability of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training and investigated the practical ability of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training,and reached the following conclusions:(1)The research is guided by Marxist practice theory,teaching theory,and psychology theory,laying a solid theoretical foundation for this research.In the research process,adhere to the principles of scientificity,relative independence,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and strictly screen indicators.In addition,the index system was preliminarily drafted by referring to relevant literature,with 3first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators.(2)Establishing practical ability index system for postgraduates majoring in physical education and training through Delphi method.Finally,3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 61third-level indicators were determined.(3)In terms of teaching practice:Teaching design ability: Master of physical education training ability to solve teaching difficulties and strong ability to write lesson plans;Teaching implementation ability: master of physical education training master’s ability of physical education teaching,ability to use common teaching methods,ability of fieldmapping 3.The ability to use teaching tools and guide physical training in schools is weak;the ability to evaluate teaching: the ability to self-reflection and evaluation after the completion of the postgraduate course in physical education training,the ability to evaluate students’ learning effects is strong,and the ability to evaluate the teaching quality of others is weak.There are 15 significant differences in the teaching practice abilities of postgraduates majoring in physical education training in different grades,and 6 items without significant differences.The first and second students have poor teaching practice abilities,and the third and third students have relatively strong practical ability.(4)Research Practice:Knowledge reserve capacity: abundant basic theoretical knowledge reserves and public basic knowledge reserves for masters of physical education training;reviews and research capabilities: overall research ability of masters of physical education training studies;strong scientific research expression ability: masters of physical education and training science scientific method application ability 3.The ability to use scientific research methods is strong,and the ability to publish journal articles and academic discussions is relatively weak.There were 9 significant differences in the scientific research practice abilities of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training in different grades,and 8 items without significant differences.The physical education training master’s degree has a strong overall scientific research and practical ability.(5)Social practice:Educational Internship Ability: Masters of Physical Education and Training pay attention to the quality of internships,observation,interns’ physical education classroom ability,and strong communication and collaboration skills;Social sports instructional ability: Masters of Physical Education and Training are generally weak in social sports instruction and guide social sports The ability to operate and manage eventsis particularly poor;the ability to provide social services: Masters of Physical Education and Training have a strong ability to participate in patriotic activities and social welfare activities,and other social service capabilities are generally poor,of which participation in teaching activities is particularly poor.Sports investigation ability: The sports investigation ability of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training is poor.There are 14 significant differences in the social practice abilities of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training in different grades,and 2 non-significant differences.The social practice ability of postgraduates majoring in physical education and training is generally poor. |
