| At present,it is in the transitional period of decentralization of government power and community undertaking governance tasks and playing management roles.Community is an important field of urban residents’ life and occupies an important position in urban social governance.Community workers,as the executors of concrete work of urban community governance, undertake relatively heavy community work content.Their working pattern and psychological pressure have attracted more and more social attention. In particular, the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,with its sudden, infectious and massive anti-epidemic work, has brought more internal, external, physiological and psychological pressures to community workers.Based on the author’s community work practice since the outbreak of the epidemic. In this study,25 community workers in J street were interviewed by the methods of interview and observation.Chaoyang District,Beijing. In this study, the changes of their work content and work intensity, their views on the epidemic, the adjustment of social relations to their pressure, the unforgettable cases in the epidemic, and the views of streets and residents on community work were understood and integrated.Based on the "environment individual" reaction process model proposed by kumper, the internal and external risk factors and protection factors are analyzed, and the anti-adverse process of community workers in different stages of the epidemic was elaborated respectively according to the development stage of the epidemic. The study found that the main stressors of community workers’ resilience in the special period were public health emergencies, that is,the COVID-19.These pressures are manifested in the management difficulties caused by the outbreak of infectious diseases during the festival, the diversity of situations in different community, and the management pressure of the large number of community residents. In addition, with the development of the epidemic, the personal characteristics, social relations of community workers, the coordination and balance between work and family, family members, residents in the community and government epidemic prevention policies all have an impact on community workers. These factors are not only protective factors in the life and work of community workers, but also may become a risk factor. These factors constantly check and balance each other and confront each other in the early stage of the epidemic, the development stage of the epidemic and the stable stage of the epidemic, and promote community workers to adapt to the epidemic prevention and control work and adjust their own psychological state,so as to achieve the degradation(i.e.resignation)or developmental restructuring state. In this regard, the author puts forward relevant suggestions, one is to develop a public health emergency response mechanism and rehabilitation mechanism;the other is to cultivate and enhance the resilience of community workers, help them carry out psychological recovery after the epidemic, and ease the pressure brought by risk factors. |
