Under the background of the government's innovation of social governance,urban grassroots community has become a powerful hand for the country to achieve the established goal.Facing the complex and changeable social and economic situation,public emergencies have brought crisis and challenge to the effective governance of grassroots communities.When public emergencies occur,grassroots communities become the first line of defense for early warning,coping and solving key problems.Based on the research of community resilience at home and abroad,this paper selects C community in Zhengzhou City as an example,uses self-help group work method to improve community resilience,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the theory of resilience,system theory and social support theory,this paper uses literature analysis,case study,interview,scale and other data collection methods to obtain the basic research data of C community,systematically analyzes the problems and performance of C community in dealing with public health emergencies,and summarizes the influencing factors of C community Self help group work method is used to carry out community residents group activities,optimize community resource system,integrate community resource strength,enhance community resilience and comprehensive ability to deal with public emergencies.Compared with the research on resilience of foreign urban communities,the research in China is still in its infancy.This paper innovatively uses self-help group work method to intervene in the improvement of resilience of urban communities,studies the resilience recovery of communities under public crisis and the intervention experience of research methods in community social work.However,due to the limited access to survey data,we integrate the system to intervene It is not deep enough and needs further improvement in the future research.
