| For a long time,"academic misconduct" has been a more sensitive and concerned topic in the academic circle,which hinders the improvement of the quality of graduate training and destroys the academic environment.In response to this,the Ministry of Education and various universities have issued policies to tackle postgraduate academic misconduct,and more and more scholars are also discussing it from different perspectives.This research takes "graduate academic misconduct" as the research object,and on the basis of combing and analyzing related concepts and theories,it uses qualitative research to conduct exploratory research on the influencing factors of postgraduate academic misconduct,and uses quantitative research to Conduct confirmatory research on the influencing factors of postgraduate academic misconduct,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to overhaul the postgraduate academic misconduct based on the research results.This research contains two parts: an introduction and a main text and the main text contains four chapters:The introduction part introduces the research background,research significance,combs the existing research results.it also clarifies the research ideas,research methods and research content.The first chapter discusses academic misconduct theoretically,individually focusing on the core concepts,academic misconduct of scientists in different periods and the theoretical basis of this research.The second chapter is a qualitative research,which aims to explore the influencing factors of academic misconduct of graduate students.The interview outline is designed and interviewed according to the core issues of this research.The method of grounded theory is adopted and NVivo11 is used as the analysis tool to analyze the interview data.Through analysis,it is found that the influencing factors include the personal dimension of academic ideals,normative cognition,academic ability,degree of effort,personal pressure,organizational dimension of tutor guidance,academic normative education,academic management system,academic atmosphere,social dimension of social atmosphere,Means of falsification,periodical review system.The third chapter is a quantitative study,which aims to verify the results of the qualitative research in Chapter 2.Based on the qualitative research results,literature review,and theoretical foundation,a research model was formed,questionnaires were designed,and questionnaire surveys were carried out.The regression analysis results showed: Six factors including academic ability,normative cognition,academic ideals,academic management system,academic atmosphere and effort level in the scientific-oriented academic misconduct intention passed the model test.There are five factors related to the academic misconduct including the academic ability,personal pressure,academic atmosphere mentor guidance and academic management system that have passed the model test.The last chapter proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the governance of academic misconduct in graduate students from both the personal and organizational aspects.The individual should establish correct values,treat pressure rationally,consciously learn,and improve academic ability;the organization should strengthen the construction of the tutor team and give play to leadership role,improve system construction,exert system effectiveness,optimize academic environment,and create a good style of study. |
