Graduate education is in the top of educational system.graduate students are the hope of academic career development, and they have a close relationship with the development of academic future. However, China’s graduate academic misconduct seems getting worse, which endangered the healthy development of China’s academic and graduate students seriously. Meanwhile, empirical research about the Graduate Misconduct is less. based on this, Through the Literature Analysis, this paper organize the factors which is different from university teacher and undergraduate students firstly. then correlation analysis is used to find out the relevant factors, using regression to analyze it. Finally, prevention measures proposed to provide some reference for graduate academic Misconduct.The study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background and clarify the significance of this study. The second chapter is the status of graduate Misconduct data analysis through questionnaire overall, analyze the performance of Misconduct, the survey showed that only about 16% of the students thought that graduate Academic Misconduct is not sever. The average rank order of graduate academic seven forms of anomie were: low pay to publish papers(1.98); papers signed by a “free rider”(1.81); forgery or tampering with the data(1.74); plagiarism results of others(1.62); the sale of the paper(1.56); false citations and references mark(1.55); a draft-prone(1.50). The third chapter of the literature is about the relevant factors which conclude personal factors and environmental factors, hypothesis include: boys Academic Misconduct are more serious than girls; Humanities and Social Sciences professional Misconduct are more serious than agriculture and medical professional; Graduate Academic Misconduct correlated with the students who was positively; Graduate School of Academic Misconduct negatively correlated with the degree of supervision and strict; Graduate Academic Misconduct negatively correlated with the severity of the punishment and so on. Then the data obtained through a questionnaire survey and the regression analysis of these assumptions for analysis. Chapter four regression analysis based on the results of proposed prevention strategies targeted graduate Misconduct, personal aspects: To learn academic standards, establish a personal sense of integrity, strengthen IPR awareness, environmental aspects: school should strengthen the academic standard of education publicity, increase penalties and clear positioning and other postgraduate training.
