Research On The Construction Of Special Profession In China’s Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of The Integration Of Industry And Education

Higher vocational education is an important part of China’s higher education,and also the high-level education in China’s vocational education system,shouldering the mission of cultivating high-quality talents for the economic construction and development of the society.In recent years,under the encouragement and guidance of policies,higher vocational education has made great achievement in the scale and quality.But with the rapid growth and structural transformation of China’s economy,the labor market is still facing the problem of mismatch between supply and demand.How to enhance the adaptability of vocational education,take the road of characteristic development,and realize the all-round integration of the supply of talent training and the demand of the industrial structure is one of the problems that need to be solved urgently in higher vocational education.This paper is aimed at the research on the construction of the special profession in China’s higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education.First of all,through consulting the literature and conducting case research,the matching degree of the School Philosophy,the Teaching Team,the Recruitment Management,the changes of Established Majors and the Regional Industrial Development of Henan A Polytechnic is analyzed,focusing on the in-depth investigation of the provincial characteristic majorsCNC technology.It summarizes some problems,like the shallow degree of integration of industry and education in the construction of characteristic majors in Henan A Polytechnic,needs to be optimized of the course structure,and the lack of comprehensive teachers.The main reasons for these problems are that the school-enterprise cooperation interest community has not been effectively established,the construction of internship bases is huge,and the recruitment standards are unreasonable,etc.Secondly,combined with excellent vocational education cases at home and abroad,it summarizes that it is necessary to improve the superstructure of vocational education governance,introduce the "cooperative governance" model,innovate the teaching model,unify teaching standards,and serve the national strategy.Finally,under the background of the integration of industry and education,the optimization strategy of the construction of special profession in China’s higher vocational colleges is proposed.The first step is to promote the reform of the management mechanism and introduce the "cooperative governance" model to enable advanced enterprises to participate in teaching management so as to create a teaching environment closer to actual production;What’s more,build a community of industry-education integration and chain-based ecological cooperation to achieve win-win cooperation among multiple parties;Moreover,adhere to standardization as the guidance,carry out characteristic development in order to create the core competitiveness of the college;Besides,reform the recruitment standards for teachers,break the existing recruitment limitations and expand the scope of recruitment to avoid any loss of talents;In addition,improve the curriculum system,optimize the curriculum structure,and arrange more practical courses;Last but not least,broaden the thinking of running schools,take the "diversified" teaching path to improve the students’ practical ability.
