With the continuous adjustment of economic structure and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,China has entered a new stage of economic development.The demand for high-quality skilled talents in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent,but there is an inadaptability between the supply of talent training and the demand of talent market.In order to solve the imbalance between supply and demand of talents,China has vigorously promoted the integration of industry and education,and issued a series of policies for the integration of industry and education to lead the coordinated development of economy and education.However,under the dual background of deepening educational mechanism reform and industrial transformation and upgrading,the integration of industry and education still has many problems in the field of practice and faces many severe challenges.This paper takes the industry-education integration of higher vocational education in Guangdong province as the research object,adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and guided by the ideas of policy implementation theory,coordinated development theory and stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of industry education integration in Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges from four aspects: the fit between specialty setting and industrial demand,the combination between curriculum content and professional standards,the connection between teaching process and production process,top-level design and educational resource investment,sorted out the problems existing in the implementation of the industry education integration policy in Guangdong Province,such as unclear development concept,discoordination between government departments,imperfect policy content,insufficient motivation of the implementation subject,mismatch between the needs of schools and enterprises and so on.It analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of ideological understanding,system and mechanism and economic investment.On the basis of learning from the experience and enlightenment of foreign industry-education integration development,this paper tentatively puts forward five optimal path,including ideological education and guidance to promote the participation of various subjects;Improve the system and optimize the system and mechanism of industry-education integration;Content improvement and innovation,improve the quality of industry-education integration policy;In practice,meet the needs,to achieve the integration of industry and education precision education;Increase investment in economy to promote the sustainable development of industry-education integration.This study is expected to provide reference value for the healthy development of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province and the smooth implementation of national industry-education integration policy.
