| Since the 1980 s,the subject status of students has been gradually valued and has become the core of education and teaching activities, and a series of new teaching models such as hierarchical and participatory teaching have emerged.Hierarchical—participatory teaching means that in classroom teaching, the teacher interprets the results of the relevant knowledge test according to the students learning ability, acceptance ability, learning interest, and learning motivation, and then classifies the students for teaching. It is manifested in the stratification of teaching objectives, teaching content, instruction and guidance, and after — school homework. On the basis of student — centered teaching in accordance with their aptitude, students’ learning potential can be explored,so that every student can achieve the optimization,The most comprehensive development. This research adopts literature research method, interview method, teaching experiment method to discuss and research the application of its education and teaching, theory and practice significance, etc.,with humanism theory, constructivism theory and "recent development area" theory as theoretical guidance,Apply the hierarchical —participatory teaching model to the college sports basketball special course.A total of 48 boys in a basketball special experimental class and a basketball special control class in Guangxi Normal University are the experimental subjects. The layer — participatory teaching model and the traditional teaching model are the only variables. The research is based on questionnaires, measurement scales and tests on students’ basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, technical evaluation, and non — cognitive abilities.Provide real and reliable data. The data is classified and sorted out using Excle, and statistical applications such as SPSS22.0 are used for further in—depth analysis and processing.By comparing the students’ basketball skill scores and non cognitive ability before and after the experiment. The conclusions are as follows:(1)After the teaching experiment, the comparison of the two final skill test scores between the experimental class and the control class, the P value is less than 0.05,there is a significant difference, indicating that the layered participation teaching method is used to dribble the students in the college basketball special class,Shooting has been improved, skills and performance have improved.(2)After the teaching experiment, the experimental class and the control class(passing — dribbling between marching — shooting between marching)were evaluated technically. The comparison of the technical evaluation scores of the two classes was P<0.05,indicating the stratification—participation The application of the teaching method in the teaching of basketball special courses in colleges and universities can improve students’ basketball skill evaluation scores, which is conducive to standardizing students’ technical movements.(3)After the teaching experiment, the P value of the comprehensive scores of the experimental class and the control class was <0.05,indicating that the layered— participation teaching method is more conducive to improving students’ mastery of comprehensive basketball skills than the traditional teaching method. The stratification—participation teaching method should improve the autonomy and incentive mechanism of students at different levels. The advanced teaching method can timely understand the skills and psychological changes of students at different levels, and guide students to learn from each other at different levels.Improve teaching effect and make progress together.(4)After the teaching experiment, the non — cognitive ability of the experimental class and the control class was compared, and the comparison of the non—cognitive ability in sports learning motivation was P<0.05,indicating that the layered—participatory teaching method can mobilize students’ learning Motivation;the comparison of cohesion in non—cognitive ability with P value<0.05,which shows that the layered —participatory teaching method can enhance team cohesion among students;the comparison of self—confidence in non—cognitive ability with P value<0.05 It shows that the hierarchical—participatory teaching method can improve students’ self—confidence in the learning process, increase students’ initiative in curriculum learning, and improve teaching effects. |
