Education and teaching informatization and education mode innovation are the key to promote the development of education.The cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode studied in this paper is based on education and teaching informatization,which combines the two teaching modes.It is different from the traditional teaching mode in teaching mode,and the combination of the two teaching modes is the embodiment of teaching mode innovation.As an innovative teaching mode,cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode meets the development requirements of the reform of physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities in China.Therefore,it has important research significance.In this study,the implementation of flipped classroom combined with cooperative and competitive sports teaching mode in college basketball public elective course is the research object.Through literature review,the relevant literature is consulted.The experimental method takes the students of basketball public elective course of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine as the experimental object.The experiment is divided into three parts: pre experiment test,practical teaching and post experiment test.After the experiment,the test data are statistically processed and analyzed,and the questionnaire is used The survey method is to collect the experimental indexes and data of experts and students through questionnaires,and then use the mathematical statistics method to analyze the experimental data,to explore the necessity,feasibility and superiority of the cooperative competition +flipped classroom teaching mode in Colleges and universities,and whether there is significant in the aspects of students' sports interest,students' physical quality,basketball technology and exercise attitude This paper aims to provide some theoretical basis and practical experience for cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode in college basketball public elective course.Through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the research results.1.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it is necessary to implement the cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode in college basketballpublic elective course.2.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it is feasible to adopt cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching in college basketball public elective course.3.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the implementation of cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching in college basketball public elective course is superior.4.After the experiment,through the analysis of the data after the questionnaire survey of the two groups of students' interest in sports learning,it is found that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,indicating that the cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode has significant effect on students' interest in sports learning.5.In terms of students' physical quality,including 50 m,sit ups,standing long jump and four line turn back run,both the experimental group and the control group have influence on students' physical quality,but there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in standing long jump and four line turn back run,indicating that the cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode is in standing long jump and four line turn back run There is a significant effect in item.6.In the aspect of basketball technology,through the teaching experiment,it is found that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group,indicating that the cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode has significant effect on basketball technology.7.In the aspect of exercise attitude,it is found that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,indicating that the cooperative competition + flipped classroom teaching mode has a significant impact on exercise attitude.
